Amazing Modern Bathroom tile upgraded shower with all the qualities of home. The Living Room has a pull-out queen size sofa with a 50-inch TV that can be seen in the Master Bedroom and Kitchen. Soaps, shampoos, conditioners, towels, and coffees are provided.

Experience the Gulf Breeze and Embrace Bonita Springs allure. The 15-acre complex is fronted by the Gulf of Mexico on the West, Bay on the East, and Channels to the South. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Beach supplies available to use - beach wagon, knee board, cooler(s), and other beach games. Docs Beach House Restaurant is across from the condo and has been remodeled and open for business. Pools are going through renovations.

Originally from Dade City, Florida. Moved to Mississippi when I was 7. At 20, I moved to St. Simons Island, Ga. Moved to Gainesville, Bradenton, and Sarasota. Met my wife and moved to Panama City Beach. From Panama City Beach, we moved to Fort Myers to retire and enjoy the beautiful beaches and warm temps. Hope you enjoy our beach condo as much as we do.
