Frank was a fantastic host. Very communicative! The house was very comfortable for our family. House is very well-stocked with everything we needed to feel at home.In the couple days we were there, we had several deer as well as groundhogs come to visit in the backyard!

This house was perfect for my in-laws while they were visiting. They commented on how well maintained and comfortable it was. They appreciated the well stocked kitchen and loved the location as they were able to take walks in the neighborhood. I will definitely book again next time they visit.

Love Yellow Bird!

We had a wonderful stay at Yellow Bird Cottage! It has everything you need, beautifully decorated and convenient to all activities. The host was easy to work with, readily available and willing to help with suggestions for food and activities. We will definitely stay there again when we come to Radford!

Yellowbird Cottage was great! Very cute and tastefully decorated. Clean and cozy with a gas fireplace and roomy kitchen. Had everything we needed and then some. Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. Host was very communicative. Would highly recommend this property.

Radford Family weekend

We stayed for the weekend at this house for the Radford family weekend. The house was exceptionally clean and the host was extremely friendly and attentive. We didn’t have any issues while at the house and the location was perfect for our needs. We will definitely be staying here again!

Nice home away from home

Home is in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and has most everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. Our host Frank kept us updated on things we needed to know before, after and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The interior is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you might need.The outdoor deck looks like a fantastic space to relax—we unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy it this time due to the weather, but it would be a great feature in nicer conditions.Frank was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and proactive with clear, helpful communication throughout our stay.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this property to others!

Yellow Bird Cottage

This house was spectacular! Great location! It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck around the fire and relaxing with our family. We look forward to staying here in the near future. The host was great!

Beautiful cottage

The rental process was very east, and the host provided quick replies to our questions. The home is very clean, cheery, close to Radford university and local destinations. Our family enjoyed the amenities and the space was perfect for 6 adults for the weekend. We will definitely return and stay in this home for our next visit to Radford.

Holiday family gathering

Great stay for a holiday gathering with family. All the things needed to host a family dinner were available. The back patio space is perfect for hanging out. The addition of a blind over the kitchen sink and a fenced in back yard would be awesome additions.

Super cute!

We loved our stay at the yellow bird cottage! We were visiting to attend a VT football game and this location only took about 20-25 minutes to reach Blacksburg. It is adorable and cozy. There is a fantastic deck and yard out back. We also enjoyed relaxing by the cozy fireplace after a long day.

The Most Adorable Cottage!

Wow, this cottage is as fabulous in person as it is in the pictures. Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything that we needed. The little touches made me smile at every turn. Frank was super and easy to communicate with. Thank you so much! We hope we are fortunate enough to repeat guests.
