Welcome to our beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home on 2 acres of manicured lawns within the city limits of Dripping Springs. The home features an open living area with an attached sun room, large outdoor patio, and in-ground pool with an outdoor pool house bathroom. Relax and enjoy the outside living space while cooking on one of the charcoal or gas grills. Enjoy watching the birds, deer, rabbits, and other local wildlife that call this place home. The upstairs bedrooms include the master suite with a king-sized bed. A second upstairs bedroom has trundle-style twin beds and a private bathroom. The two large downstairs bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed and share a double vanity bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary appliances and basic supplies for you to create your own gourmet meals. The home is located minutes away from HEB Grocery and Walgreens. Annual Girls Trip

This was a great location and very nice neighborhood. Check-in and check out was a breeze. Our host was very informative and even had cookies waiting for us on the bar which we devoured! The kitchen was well equipped and had two refrigerators which came in handy with all the junk food from 8 women. The pool felt great and having an outdoor bathroom was nice.

Conveniently located on a beautiful property

This home was very accommodating for our family who was in town for a wedding. It is an older home and the host had decorated it for Christmas, made us cookies and had coffee and creamer available.

We attended a wedding and chose this home based on location, but after entering this beautiful home we were pleasantly surprised how spacious and welcoming this home was. The beds were so comfortable. The property is beautiful as well and enjoying our coffee in the morning with the backyard view was such a treat. Highly recommend

We found the overall experience of staying here for a long wedding weekend to be great. The Kitchen was recently remodeled, the beds are comfortable and the indoor and outdoor seating is conducive to visiting and relaxing. The house was great we had such an amazing time and definitely recommend to any wedding party staying in dripping springs! The pool was such a great addition and we had so much fun! And the communication from the property owner was top notch she is such a sweet woman and very helpful and understanding.

Great Property

Our family had a great weekend at this rental. There was plenty for the kids to do with swimming, toys and games. There was ample space for our 2 families, especially loved the separate upstairs living area for the kids to relax in. The kitchen was the most well stocked I have seen in a vacation rental. We found absolutely everything we needed. We also enjoyed the deer grazing in the yard in the evenings. Pennie was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely rent this home again when in the area.

Hill Country Brewery Tours

This house suited our needs perfectly. We had 4 couples stay and there was more than enough room for all. The pool provided a nice break from the heat and was fun to just lounge around in during down times. The kitchen was well stocked for eating in and there is an HEB just minutes away. Loved the patio/deck by the pool - great for grilling and enjoying dinner outside. We visited 2 breweries in this beautiful Hill Country area and the house was close to both. Pennie was very accommodating and helpful in planning this trip. I highly recommend visiting this property.

Perfect for large family

The location is two miles from a Large market and liquor store, and it was four miles from the wedding location. Perfect. Great, well appointed kitchen, two refrigerators, plates and silverware for 12. And the deer walking through the yard was a hit with the kids. They also provided a crib, playpen, Einstein seat and toys for toddlers.

Girls Getaway Weekend

This place was amazing. We plan a trip once a year for a girls weekend getaway. This place exceeded our expectations. Very clean, tranquil, well stocked kitchen, wonderful pool. The house is so close to a lot of fun places. The San Marcos Outlet Mall, Wimberly and winery's. Pennie was so awesome and gave us so much information about the area. She has thought of everything you would need for your stay. We cooked on our own meals and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. We didn't want to leave and want to go back next year. Great common area and backyard!

In town for my sons wedding and this place was a great spot to enjoy the weekend with my family. The common areas were open and perfect for hanging out. The backyard is beautiful and even though we were there during a particularly cold and rainy time, we all stayed outside as much as possible, watching the deer grazing. The house is on a dead end road so the property was very quiet. We had all the amenities we needed there and made ample use of the large kitchen. We all enjoyed our stay.

DO NOT book this place for the pool..and don't expect politeness from the owner

Chose this place because of the pool. The pool was unusable for 3 of the 4 days. Austin had lots of rain 4 days prior to our arrival.. so the PH was high. It had mustard algae all throughout the pool. Her husband tried to clear it up,, but should have all been done before we arrived. She claimed we broke a lock on her washer-not true.. was broken before we arrived. She also claimed we didn't clean up.. again untrue.. we went overboard cleaning the home before we left. She was very rude when we tried to address the pool issue. I wish we had never chosen this place. I am disappointed that we didn't get what we thought we were getting.

We Keep Coming Back

We found this amazing property four years ago and this is our third time staying (missed a year due to Covid) We absolutely love this property. The open layout, comfortable spaces to lounge, great kitchen, amazing bedrooms and the outdoor space is second to none. Having coffee in the morning by the pool and watching the deer come into the property is always a highlight. We are already planning our trip for next year here!

Had fun but needs alot of updating

The owner is so nice and my family did enjoy our time. The house does need alot of updating, especially the upstairs. The carpet upstairs is very old and very stained especially the carpet in the master bathroom. The downstairs area is newer but the shower/tub had dried paint and the shower curtain had yellow stains all on the bottom. The kitchen, living and dining areas are all fine although the laundry room had a very unpleasant smell and I am not sure the source. The best feature of the house is the pool and patio area. We spent our afternoons and evenings swimming, grilling and watching the deer.
