Spring is almost here! The first flowers at the Chalet are spectacular! You will see an array of trees, shrubs and plants producing an amazing number of flowers!

The summer special is back! Get this beautiful house for an entire week (Fri thru Thu) for $1499 throughout summer!

You get your own trails in the woods for hiking plus a nice quiet vacation away from the noise and the hullabaloo of the city. Enjoy the crisp air and the stars! You can actually see the milky way and entire constellations. Bring your telescope if you have one!

There is even a swimming pond with crisp cool spring fed water for those that love to swim!

You will also a stocked kitchen with new appliances, granite counter tops, dishes, pots and pans, silverware and everything you need to cook. There is a fire ring on the lawn for an evening fire. There is also a Weber charcoal grill on the patio so you can enjoy a cookout – even in winter. Just bring food!

This beautiful 4 bedroom house will become the favorite vacation spot for the whole family. The house is spacious and cozy at the same time and sleeps up to 6 adults and 2 kids comfortably.

Granite Peak on Rib Mountain State Park is the perfect place for skiing and hiking and only 10 minutes away. You also have some great fishing and hunting opportunities very close to the property.

And if you do decide to use the kitchen, there is a full size dining table so you can enjoy a nice dinner with your entire family - either indoors or outdoors!

This is a really special home to celebrate any kind of a family meal! The spacious kitchen will accommodate almost anything you want to serve to friends and family!

Wausau has plenty of supper clubs and some outstanding contemporary restaurants, steakhouses, fish fries and many many other options within minutes of the house!

The house has high speed Wi-Fi Internet access INCLUDED so you can always be in touch throughout your stay. Stay for the entire week and you can even get some work done while your family enjoys the spectacular scenery, grounds and trails. There is a desk that is provided in the master bedroom.

Great Property

We came to ski for the weekend and loved staying at the Garden Chalet. It was spotless, kitchen had everything you need, plenty of space, comfortable beds. Will definitely come back when it’s warmer to take advantage of the gorgeous backyard and the trails!

Perfect place to getaway

This house is simply amazing! The house is tucked away in the woods with total privacy. The landscaping is nice and gives it a relaxing vibe. The inside is well-maintained, very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling to the area!!

Peaceful

We loved the ground, it was beautiful. The home was very nice, spacious and worked well for our group. The only thing was the bathrooms, one in the master bedroom had no door. The other 2 bathrooms were very echoey, everyone outside the door can hear your business. So it was hard to find a place with privacy. But other then that, great home, I would stay there again, but I would bring some fans to drowned out the bathroom noises. 😊 Thanks for letting us stay there!

Great Location

Our recent stay met or exceeded our expectations in every way. The property is private and remote with plenty of outdoor space. The interior was very spacious and was equipped with everything necessary to enjoy your stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that wants to get away from it all.

We enjoy cooking at home and on vacation. Staying at a hotel does not allow for healthy home cooked meals and a vacation home is thus much preferred for all our travels. The house in Wausau allows us to unwind and enjoy nature in the most beautiful and calm surroundings.
