Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the living area, kitchen, and private balcony.



Our condo is part of a secure 24-unit complex. You’ll receive a unique access code for the front entrance, ensuring your privacy and security during your stay. There is an elevator in the building for easy access to the unit.

Located in the River North neighborhood, part of the Near North Side just north of the Chicago River and west of Michigan Avenue. River North is one of Chicago’s most vibrant and sought-after areas, known for its high concentration of art galleries, a bustling nightlife scene, diverse upscale restaurants, bars, and clubs, and a lively cultural and design district. It blends historic warehouse-style buildings and lofts with modern high-rises and offers easy access to the Chicago Riverwalk, boutique shops, and the Magnificent Mile shopping corridor; downtown and major transit lines (CTA Red, Brown, Purple) are just steps away, making the area extremely walkable and centrally located. Getting Around:

Getting around is extremely easy thanks to excellent transit access and walkability in the heart of River North. The location is just steps from multiple CTA train lines, including the Red, Brown, and Purple Lines, offering quick connections throughout the city, while several bus routes run along Grand Avenue, State Street, and nearby corridors. Other Things to Note:

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.



No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the penthouse including the balcony . Please smoke outside.



Pet Policy: We love pets, however we do not allow any during their stay.



Quiet Enjoyment: Respect for fellow residents and neighbors is paramount. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours, to maintain a peaceful environment.



Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the penthouse is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted.



Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the front entrance for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.



Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $250 will be required before check in.
