Great location. Condo could use a refresh. Things are outdated and worn. Pool is perfect. Beach access perfect. Took advantage of bikes , beach chairs and sand toys on property. Would highly recommend.

Great location!

The location of this property is great in relation to Coligny Plaza. Beach is close walk as is the pool. The split mirrors in the bathrooms were a pain to deal with when getting ready. There was some dust in areas that weren't cleaned well. Overall, it is a great place to stay and we will stay again.

Very nice place. Great location. Only issue we had was with the AC unit. They were very responsive but took a couple of days to get the necessary parts in to fix the unit.

It has perfect beach proximity, nearly 7 acres of its own private land and right in the middle of everything in South Forest Beach.The unit itself is spacious and clean and has modern appliances throughout. It is truly our home away from home.

The beach was just steps away, the pool was so nice and new, and you are so close to coligny plaza! This would be a great place for anyone to stay. We were thrilled with the cleanliness and the assortment of kitchen utensils made it very easy to cook. Our only cons were that the beds were very firm and in one of the bedrooms that said there was a king bed it was actually 2 twins put together, which made it very hard to have our toddler sleep in the bed with us. We would really recommend upgrading the mattresses in the main bedrooms. We also would have loved to see some cleaning supplies like a broom available to help sweep the downstairs where we entered from the beach. All in all we loved our stay and will definitely plan to come back again in the future!

Very dirty furniture and carpet

The main floor furniture is so dirty. Armrests feel like they are covered in suntan lotion. Carpets are dirty, very stained, and smell bad. The condo has a musty, moldy smell that did not clear out during our entire 4 day stay, even with slide doors open with screens only throughout the days and nights. The top floor bathtub is so stained and dirty we did not use. Nice condo layout and location. Rental agency very responsive and available. Will not stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this Villa. The walk to the beach is so short. We were a ten minute walk from Coligny square. There are lots of windows and a beautiful tree right outside with a sliver of beach visible from the large patio. Kitchen is a little small but was not a problem for us, only 3 adults and 2 kids. Hose right outside back patio to wash all the sand off right outside your back door. Nice outside table as well. Pool was small, luckily no one was ever there at the same time as us so not an issue. I love going to Hilton Head late May before the heat and the crowds.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental unit was right on the beach and the view was better than expected and close enough to hear the waves in the evening. Unit could use some tlc. Screen doors were all off track, broke or not adjusted properly either way very hard to use. Furniture is getting worn down had to flip the chair in main room and replace 2 screws that fell out and still missing one. Couch and love seat a little soft on each end from much use. One king bed was actually 2 single mattresses put together but could feel the gap all night. Fridge missing handle. A little paint and a couple of hours with a handy man and unit could be in great shape. Over all didn't really bother us and we really enjoyed the location and our stay. For the price unit is well worth it.

Vacation Time is wonderful to work with check in and check out was simple and unit was even ready a little early the day we arrived. We love complex, the new pool is amazing, distance to beach is perfect and kids enjoyed the wide open green space to play ball. Unit could use some updating. Kitchen had the basics needed.

Beach is very close to condo, very short walk. Great green space for kids to run around and play. Condo is roomy providing space for entire family to either be together or enjoy some quiet alone time. Great biking location. Cannot say anything negative about our stay except we were not able to stay longer. It is always difficult to leave.

We have stayed in this villa five times as the owners are absolutely wonderful!!! Outside the unit in the courtyard kids can play on the lush green grass. Walk right out to the beach or play in the pool. The three levels of the villa makes it perfect to divide up family for more peace! The living area with kitchen and dining table is the middle level, downstairs is another living area with a pull out couch and a bedroom (bunk beds and single bed) and full bath. The top level has two bedrooms (both with king size beds) and two full baths! Just perfect! A dream family vacation! Don't miss this chance to make wonderful fun memories!

We rarely had to use our vehicle. The villa had everything we could possibly require during our stay. The property management staff were friendly, responsive and very helpful. We definitely look forward to returning.

A short walk to shops and restaurants. Property owner is extremely friendly and easy to work with. The property management was easy to reach. We had a small issue with the AC unit and they had but fixed that day. Our overall experience was fabulous and we will be going back.
