The Coral Cottage is located on one of the many canals in the Caloosahatche river district; you are just minutes away from the river, the Gulf of Mexico, and the beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel. Fun fact...Cape Coral is known as the Venice of the United States due to its intricate canal systems!

The Coral Cottage offers both comfort and style in a relaxing tropical setting. This ranch style 3 bedroom (1 King bed and 2 Queen Beds) 2 bath home with a two car garage is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beautiful Southwest Florida sunshine. It is also so centrally located that it is adjacent to many of the exciting attractions in the area.

Imagine yourself drinking your morning coffee on the dock swing while fish jump in the canal and songbirds twill in the palm trees. Evenings the dock is well lit for sunset cocktails watching the spectacular display of colors as the sun goes down. The fishermen in the family can try their hand at a little night Snook fishing right off the dock (there are also Jacks, Catfish, Mangrove Snapper, etc. in the canal)! Please feel free to ask about the local fishing...we are avid fishermen ourselves and Grace is your fishing expert. Kids LOVE fishing off the dock......we have poles you can use! Don't know how to fish? No problem. We give free lessons!

Need pool time? The saltwater pool is heated and enclosed for year round enjoyment, accessed from either the main living room or from the master suite. Plenty of reclining deck chairs surround the pool which directly faces the canal.

The screened in outside lanai has additional seating and a dining area, allowing you to enjoy meals in a tropical setting (there is really something special about eating dinner on the lanai while your friends and family are up north in the winter!). Want to cook on the grill? The gas grill is easily accessible from the lanai.

Does the beach call to you? The cottage is a quick 20-30 minute drive to the beaches of Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel Beach.....just remember during peak season to leave a little early for traffic. Water activities? There’s ample room to dock a rental pontoon type boat.

Are you a pet owner that loves to travel with your fur babies? We have you covered in our flexible pet policy, being dog owners we understand. The area has quiet palm lined streets that are great for morning and evening dog walks. Pets are always 'on approval' and if you have a kitty, reach out to us.....we may be able to accommodate you!
