Fantastic stay! Pics do not do pool area justice, absolutely the best outdoor area we’ve ever had at a vacation rental! Kyle was also the most responsive Host we’ve ever dealt with. Only had an issue with the freezer and shortly after contacting Kyle the maintenance guy showed up to resolve. Walk to beach was not bad—the pool area more than made up for the walk! Private outdoor Oasis!

Cape San BLAST!!!

We enjoyed a week here before our sons and wives headed back to college and jobs. It was a wonderful week. The pool was lovely, the kitchen well stocked and the screened in porch had a great view. Loved it!

Great vacation spot for our family. The property was just as advertised. The only surprise was the number stairs from bottom to top on the inside of the house. We of course could see the picture of the all stairs on the outside but the inside had just as many. Thank goodness for the elevator!!! We definitely tried to make our trips count. The pool was perfect and the house was well equipped with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. The other nice surprise was the wagon, pool floats and other beach toys.

Beyond Impressed

My group and I were beyond impressed with this property. It was so clean, in a beautiful location, and had everything we needed. We LOVED using the pool and grill and spent so much time at the beautiful beach which was only about a 5ish minute walk!! Host was also very responsive which was much appreciated. Hoping to stay here again!!!!

Pool and Beach House on the Cape

The house was great and the pool area was even better! Had a small issue getting in the house initially, needed access to a deadbolt key that we did not have directions about … we were able to reach the owner/manager within 5 minutes or so. The ceiling fans and lamps need cleaning; just fyi for the owner and cleaning crew. All else was great!! Secluded house, private pool area compared to many others. Worth it for sure!! Good price for this house in my book.

Kyle was immediately responsive to any help or questions we had while at the property as well as a few questions prior to our arrival. The pool was a great perk after a day on the beach. Great place for a family vacation!

This property is amazing! Just as it is in the pictures! There are great views from the balconies. The pool is refreshing! The house itself is very accommodating, all household amenities are included, there are plenty of utensils, linens, etc. to support a large group. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. There is plenty of seating for everyone, in the kitchen, living room, pool area, and even on the balconies. There are also board games and books for everyone to enjoy. I reached out to the owner/host a couple of times regarding the property/reservation. Kyle responded quickly, answered my questions, and handled situations with ease. Kyle was very easy to talk to and was very courteous. The house is in a quiet environment and is very relaxing. We had a large group with a variety of ages and everyone was pleased. Everyone had a blast, we would love to return to this property in the future.Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!Autumn and Family
