The house was perfect for us as it is close to Tenneyson St, Berkeley Lake and downtown. It was stocked with absolutely everything we needed but not overcrowded or cluttered - very peaceful. We enjoyed the back patio and our dog loved having a yard to play in. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. It was a really great place to stay.

About the host
Hosted by Stacy Bramer
I grew up in Alabama. Therefore, I learned how to provide good Southern hospitality. Also, my father owned and managed several rental properties throughout his life. So, I learned a bit from him. I truly enjoy providing a clean, unique, and creative environment for people to enjoy when I am out of town. And, I pride myself on keeping my premier host status.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is a standout highlight of this property! When I first bought this home, I was drawn by a feature in 5280 Magazine that declared the Berkeley neighborhood as the "hottest up & coming" area. Nearly two decades later, it continues to live up to that reputation.
There are countless aspects of the neighborhood to love:
1. Two nearby parks featuring lakes, a dedicated dog park, and various recreational spots offer ample outdoor enjoyment. 2. The community spirit here is truly special, with neighbors who are not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. 3. The convenience of being just a short walk from local restaurants and shops enriches daily living, making it easy to enjoy the best of local flavors as well as retail therapy. 4. Also, I-70 is only about 5 minutes away to take you to the mountains or the airport. 5. Downtown Denver is only about 10 minutes away by car, and 30 minutes on a bike.
What makes this property unique
What makes this property unique is that this "charming cozy cottage" has a huge yard and pleasant outdoor space. Therefore, both inside & outside are not only comfortable & clean but also pet-friendly.
