This 59 unit complex is located in the heart of Gulf Shores! Enjoy the outdoor pool or stay inside where your view of the majestic Gulf of Mexico is unhindered. This 3rd floor 770 sq ft condo is furnished in upscale colorful beach /seashell theme throughout the condo. Bring your laptop and stay connected via the free unlimited WIFI. Enjoy this smoke free environment. Use the coin operated laundry on-site. Monthly stays Nov to March 1. Parking is a 2 car maximum. Pack your bags and head to Island Shores. Your vacation awaits you.

This property has a 2 vehicle limit and requires parking passes. Only 1 parking pass allowed during the following major holidays and events: Hangout Music Festival weekend Memorial Day Weekend July 4th week Labor Day weekend National Shrimp Festival weekend.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Island Shores will be undergoing a stucco project on the south wall with an estimated completion in early March 2026. Renters may experience noise in and around the building during this time. Wonderful place for spring break

The condo was perfect and is close to everything. The entire condo is renovated and very clean with nice decor and newer appliances. You won't be disappointed with this condo and especially for the price. We had the perfect spring break and would certainly stay here again.

A wonderful vacation

We had an amazing time in Island Shores 358. The location was perfect, the condo was well furnished, clean, newer appliances and TVs, and decorated beautifully!! The beachfront was clean and well kept and the parking lot had plenty of room and an attendant/guard most of the time. Thank you for making our family vacation so enjoyable!!

Great stay

The condo was updated, was clean and had everything we needed - even individual salt and pepper shakers. Those small details make a difference. We have stayed in other condos in this particular complex and was not impressed but this condo changed our opinion.

Laundry room

The laundry room was very inconvenient. Did not have anywhere to get change to insert in machines or could not insert dollars. We had to get change from stores which was really inconvenient. This is the only thing I did not like.
