Completely remodeled with 3,000 square feet of living space combined on two levels, ideal for 2 families to share if desired. Beautiful summer breezes through all of the large surrounding windows. 2 Master Suites, Wet Bar in Media Room with direct deck access, outside shower on lower level. Walking distance to all of Barnegat Light attractions, Barnegat Lighthouse (can you climb the 217 steps), nature trails, bird watching, picnic and fish at the Lighthouse, Infamous Mustache Bill's, St. Peter's Church, Poppy's Ice Cream, Kubel's Restaurant, Viking Village, Antique Stores, Kelly's Restaurant, Dairy Queen, Daymark Restaurant, Jen's Links at LBI - Premier 36 hole miniature golf course, Cassidy's Fish Market, Whites Market, Off The Hook, Fresh Vegetable and Fruit Market, The Brew (coffee shop), monthly art and crafts show at Viking Village. Great area for riding bikes, fishing, boat rental, beach and Kid's beach. Enjoy beautiful deck views on either of the two fiberglass decks of the historic Lighthouse and gorgeous sunsets.

We are a block from the beach. You can take the Barnegat Light Beach Tram to and from the beach. Just walk, drive or ride your bike to the end of 7th Street, walk over the dune and sit at the park bench. The tram picks up beachgoers on each street end, on the beach and takes them to the lifeguarded area between 9th St. & 10th St. The tram stops approxiamtely every 10 minutes. It operates the same hours as the lifeguards, 10:00am to 5:00pm, it does not operate from 1:00pm to 2:00pm when the driver has lunch. Last pick-up to leave the beach is around 5:00pm. The tram is free, however all passengers (over 11 years-old) must have a current beach badge. Load up the kids and your beach goodies. When you want to return to the house from the beach, simply wait at the park benches at the beach, the Barnegat Light Beach Tram will take you back to 7th Street. Also, you can drive to 29th or 30th Street and park on street and walk the short distance there. There is also a guarded children's bay beach on 25th Street if desired.

New!!!! Take the LBI Shuttle from Barnegat Light to Holgate. Leave your vehicles behind and go anywhere on LBI via the shuttle.
From on or about June 25th to on or about September 3rd (Will update once BL 2020 schedule is posted) (7 days a week) the schedule is:
Sunday through Wednesday from 10AM to 10PM.
Thursday and Friday from 10AM to 1:30AM.
Saturday from 10AM to 2:30AM.
Just flag down the brightly colored bus on any corner of Long Beach Boulevard. Wait time is 5 to 20 minutes maximum. In Barnegat Light the shuttle goes up Bay View Avenue past Viking Village to the lighthouse.
