Close to Scott AFB, 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis.

This updated home has a 1 car garage, a beautiful deck. All furniture, utilities and household goods included: Dishes, bedding, pots/pans. Enjoy a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room, a full kitchen with dishwasher and garbage disposal. Grill and patio furnishings on the deck. Utilities include: Electric, cable, internet, wireless internet. Master bedroom has queen size bed and a television. Second Bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well which will easily accommodate two guests. Furnishings are top notch, living room has wood laminate floors, kitchen has tile flooring, flat top stove, sky light in the bathroom.

Great corporate lodging, TDY, PCS, or lodging for temporary work in the area. Quite neighborhood close to shopping centers and I-64. Quick 20-minute drive to downtown St. Louis. Less than 5 miles from Scott Air Force Base. I can arrange to meet you at check in at any time of day or you can access the key via lockbox. I live 3 miles from the house and am available 24 hours a day.

Good space in a quiet neighborhood

This 2 bedroom home is part of a duplex with it's own one-car garage, which is nice. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but very close to major thoroughfares with easy access to amenities. The pictures of the backyard are misleading....there is no grass. But, it is fenced in, which is helpful if you have pets. The interior is quite dated, but that is reflected in the price....you will not find a space this size in this area for a better price. But, the best aspects of this space are its cleanliness and the responsiveness of the host. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Great place tomstay

This property is exactly as the listing shows. In a nice and safe neighborhood. The owners are nice and respond quickly. The kitchen is well stocked. It was perfect for our visit with relatives.

Can't recommend enough

We had such a wonderful experience staying at this property for a month. The host thought of everything and had the house totally ready for us with our every convenience. The home itself is super cute with a nice backyard and the neighborhood is beautiful and so family friendly. Just a 30 min drive to STL. Our stay was just perfect.

Nice and Quiet Location

Property was in a nice and quiet location. Our home had sold faster than anticipated and we needed a place to stay to finish out job obligations and for our son to be able to finish out the last few weeks of his senior year in high school. There was parking in the garage and driveway as well as space for parking on the street which was nice as we had three vehicles. Communication with Susan and William was never an issue and questions were answered promptly. Overall a great location and a nice clean place to call “home” for a few weeks.

Great house in a great location.

Recently moved here and needed a place to stay while we found a place to live. The house was within 10 min of SAFB and had plenty of shopping. The house was the perfect size for my family. The owner allowed us to have our dog, which was a life saver. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Nice, quiet neighborhood

Nice little duplex, for 2 to 4 people, with all the normal amenities for short term or long term stays at a reasonable rate. Easy to get to St Louis or downtown Belleville and Scott AFB. Fully equipped kitchen. Other than a small problem with tiny black ants in the kitchen, which is a normal problem for most in the summer, everything else was great. Would rent it again.

Clean, spacious, and close to everywhere we wanted to be

We enjoyed our 2-week stay in this comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. We and our two terriers loved the patio and fenced backyard, which is made very private by many trees, shrubs and other greenery. The home is close to shopping and restaurants, and to all my relatives in little towns east of Belleville. This duplex was exactly what we were looking for. We hope to return to this rental for many years!

Very nice, well kept and clean. Very spacious.

The house is in a small community with a sherrifs office just around the corner. There are lots of resturants and even a Walmart near by. The travel into St. Louis and It's surrounding attractions are very easy to get to. I would definitely book again if I was going back to St. Louis.
