This lovely 4 bedroom house with 3 full baths is centrally located on a quiet residential street. The house is a walkable 1 mile to Saratoga Race Track where the 2024 Belmont States will be hosted. Downtown restaurants, bars and shops are an easy 1 mile walk or a short drive. Or take a short walk to the Saratoga Casino and Hotel for an evening’s entertainment and dining. Beautiful Saratoga State Park and Performing Arts Center is also a walkable 1 mile.
This fully equipped and immaculate house was built in 2014 and is tastefully decorated with a Saratoga theme. It features a large patio space with a gas fire pit and comfortable seating for an evening cocktail. Or gather around the outdoor dining table and enjoy a meal cooked on our outdoor gas grill.
The kitchen features a gas range, ample counter space, and is fully equipped. A large dining area can accommodate group dinners. There are two spaces to gather for conversation or to watch a movie on our smart TVs. The upstairs master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and soaker tub. Two more bedrooms are located upstairs as well as a full bathroom with shower/tub. A full bathroom with shower is located on the main floor. The fully finished basement features the fourth bedroom (with egress window).
The owners are experienced hosts who have rented this property for 8 years with excellent reviews and many return bookings.
