Great location, friendly staff with an office on the property should anything come up. So much to do we need a full week next time. Really convenient for anyone with pets. Great walking trails.

We have Absolutely nothing bad to say about this stay! Cleanest place I have ever stayed! Beautifully decorated! The area was great-Amazing location! Host was very prompt to reply to questions. Can’t wait to go back! Totally recommend this property!!

Stayed for a concert at live oak pavilion. Walking distance which was so nice. Very clean! Gorgeous view! Management responds very quickly. Will stay again!

Great Place to Stay in Wilmington!

This was our first trip to Wilmington and our first time staying on a Houseboat anywhere.What a great, memorable vacation. Wilmington is an enchanting town and our time on Journey could not have been easier or more enjoyable.It's all about the Journey and not the destination. :)

Well Appointed

The house was clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving feast! The location was ideal - walking distance to restaurants and shops. We loved the little touches like doggie towels, bowls, and poop bags, and local guidebooks. This property exceeded our expectations - the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of the marina.

Wonderful Wedding Anniversary at the Retro

My husband and I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary and truly enjoyed our stay! The Retro Villa was clean, neat, and fully stocked with plenty of necessities. Our favorite spot in the villa was the deck with an incredible view to the Marina.We visited the beach, shopped, and experienced a relaxing and informative boat tour on the Cape Fear River. The weather was nice and atmosphere was extremely relaxing for our trip. We didn’t hesitate to share the news with family and friends and look forward to returning in the future. Our hosts, Erin and Summer were welcoming and a joy to work with at booking!!😊 ~Ashley
