Whether you're eager to dive into the area's theme parks, unwind on a winery tour, immerse yourself in local museums, or simply kick back and relax, this getaway promises something exciting for every taste and mood! For outdoor enthusiasts, there are plenty of activities to choose from, including horseback riding, stand-up paddleboarding, hiking, kayaking, and fishing. In the winter months, you can hit the slopes for downhill skiing or snowboarding, or give snowmobiling and ice skating a try. Dells Zipline Adventures offers a Zipline and Adventure Park located on six scenic acres within Chula Vista Resort for an additional charge. You will find something for everyone in the family.

The condo welcomes you with a gas fireplace, comfortable furnishings, a soaking tub, and a smart TV to watch your favorite shows after exciting days out and about. Prepare anything from a cup of coffee to entire meals in the spacious full kitchen and indulge at the table by the window. Both bedrooms include their own TVs to view every evening. Meanwhile, the studio is perfect for kids or guests who want a bit more privacy. Unwind on the sofa or stroll out to the private balcony to feel the fresh air on your face. Though there isn't a kitchen, the mini-fridge and microwave are perfect for storing and preparing snacks.

Please note that indoor waterpark passes are not included and cannot be purchased. However, your reservation does include access to the seasonal outdoor pools located in front of and behind the Rio Condos—an ideal setting to relax and unwind.
Our team thoughtfully manages the residence itself, while the resort is operated separately, so on-site staff may not always be available. If this arrangement doesn’t align with your expectations, we encourage you to contact the platform through which you booked, keeping in mind that cancellation policies are time-sensitive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
