With a fully stocked kitchen and 2 full baths, you'll feel right at home. Free driveway parking and spacious yard, ideal for outdoor fun! The location is a dream - only minutes away from Lido Key beach and the beautiful St. Armands Circle. If you're in the mood for entertainment, catch a show at the nearby Van Wezel Performing Arts Center.

Each Bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuring a restful stay. The spacious living room boasts a generous sectional couch, perfect for relaxation. Gather around the 6-seater dining table for shared meals or opt for casual bar stool seating. Step outside to the serene back patio, complete with an outdoor table shaded by an umbrella- an ideal spot for alfresco dining, grilling or simply unwinding.

***There is a strict NO PETS policy for this property due to severe allergies. Failure to respect the house rule will result in a $500 fine and your account will be reported to VRBO.

We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves.

Perfect location for our daughter's wedding at Ca' D'zan

This was a perfect location for our daughter's wedding. Close to the wedding hotel at Sarasota Modern and the wedding venue at Ca' D'zan. Host was very responsive to our needs. Enjoyed our stay!

Great house great location

The home was very nice, clean and had everything you would need.The location is perfect within a mile or less of all the sites of Sarasota. For a boater the public boat ramp is only a few blocks away and there is a large vacant lot across the street to keep your boat and trailerThe owner was extremely easy to work with and answered every text within a minute or twoHighly recommend the home

What a pleasure from start to finish! We were in town for our daughter’s wedding . This location was perfect for us. Our host was friendly and responsive from beginning to end. The air conditioning was great- important for me! The kitchen was stocked with the essentials, and the coffee maker was full sized! We didn’t use the outdoor patio space, but it looked spacious and welcoming.We highly recommend this property- Publix is 3 minutes away and the block is easy to access from local attractions.

We are located within 4 miles from the beautiful Lido Key Beach and the St. Armand's Circle which is a must do while visiting. Siesta Key Beach is also within close proximity with just a short drive south. The amazing downtown Sarasota restaurant and bar scene is literally a mile away. With so many dining options, outdoor activities and beach options within close proximity, your options are endless.
