Bedrooms:
Our home is designed to immerse you in the world of Hogwarts. Each of the six bedrooms is a portal to the magical universe of Harry Potter:

Gryffindor Room: Brave the night in a room decorated with the rich red and gold colors of Gryffindor, featuring luxurious bedding and wizarding decor.

Slytherin Room: Embrace the cunning and ambition of Slytherin in this elegantly themed green and silver room.

Ravenclaw Room: Find wisdom and wit in the blue and bronze hues of our Ravenclaw room, a haven for any scholar.

Hufflepuff Room: Cozy up in the loyal and friendly environment of the Hufflepuff room, with its earthy tones and comfortable furnishings.

Two additional themed rooms offer comfort and a touch of magic, ensuring a restful sleep after a day of adventures.

Each room comes equipped with high-quality linens, a flat-screen TV, and unique Harry Potter-themed artwork and artifacts.

Living Areas:

Main Living Room: Our spacious living room features a massive 75" TV, perfect for Harry Potter movie marathons or enjoying your favorite shows in ultra-high definition. Comfortable seating on any of three couches (that also fold down into a flat laying area) and themed blankets and decor create a cozy gathering space for all guests.

Kitchen and Dining: The kitchen is FULLY stocked with all the essentials you need to cook up magical meals. Enjoy your creations in the Grand Dining Hall styled dining area, which transports you to the Hogwarts dining room itself.

Special Features: Don't miss the Cupboard Under the Stairs, a uniquely themed space filled with magical items like a Nimbus 2000, an invisibility cloak, a spell book, and plush versions of your favorite characters....and so many other surprises!

Entertainment & Tech:

TVs and Games: Along with the living room, each bedroom has its own TV, ensuring that everyone can watch what they like. We have purchased ALL of the Harry Potter movies for your entertainment...so binge away! We also offer a variety of Harry Potter-themed games such as Clue, Uno, Sequence, Trivial Pursuit, and Jenga for enchanting family fun nights.

Outdoor Spaces:
Private Pool: Our outdoor area features a private pool, perfect for cooling off on those warm Florida days or relaxing by night under the stars and behind our home is a small, beautiful lake with a huge fountain, making the screened-in pool area one of our favorite spots to hang out!

Nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood, inside the Balmoral Resort, our home is conveniently located near Orlando, providing easy access to all the major theme parks and attractions. Whether you’re visiting Disney World, Universal Studios, Legoland or exploring local shops and restaurants, our home serves as the perfect base for all your adventures. Balmoral Resort has a waterpark (additional fees apply), as well as a gym, FREE arcade (leave those quarters at home!) and an awesome bar and grill with activities most nights of the week. Our house is a one-minute walk from all of the fun!
