Our 5-bedroom, 3000 square foot villa has more than enough room to accommodate your family!

Room descriptions:
• One main floor master bedroom featuring a beautiful ensuite equipped with a standalone shower and premium soaker tub. The bedroom is outfitted with a king-sized bed and direct access to the pool deck. This bedroom also has a smart TV with cable.
• One second level master suite with king-sized bed, spacious closet and ensuite featuring a standalone shower. It also has a smart TV with cable and access to streaming apps.
• A second level Frozen-themed bedroom with 2 single beds, and a smart TV with streaming apps. This room is connected to the Mickey Mouse-themed bedroom by a walkthrough bathroom with shower/tub combo!
• A second level Mickey Mouse-themed bedroom with 2 single beds and a smart TV with streaming apps!
• Lastly, the fifth bedroom presents a queen-sized bed with attached bathroom featuring a large shower, that also has hallway access.

Now that you are affirmed there is adequate sleeping arrangements for everyone, let’s get to the fun stuff! A fully-screened outdoor space featuring a natural gas heated SOUTH FACING pool with attached hot tub (pool/hot tub heat available at an additional cost of $25/night, natural gas provides a consistent temperature even on the coolest evenings!), clean and comfortable patio furniture with an eating area featuring a large table and a brand new 50” outdoor TV with cable! The pool backs onto an extended green space, giving the ultimate feeling of privacy. A safety fence is available to section off the pool to keep young ones safe.

On the main floor you will find a large open concept kitchen with NEW (2019) stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher (you are on vacation after all!). The kitchen includes everything you could possibly need including ample dishware, plastic dishware for poolside use, crockpot, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, kettle, blender, pots, pans, baking sheets and much more! The kitchen flows into a large dining area (with table seating for 6, bar seating for 2), with sliding door access to the pool deck. Next, we have the large family living room with excellent views of the pool via large sliding doors. The living room has a 70” flatscreen TV with cable, streaming apps, and an XboxOne. Lastly, you’ll find a large, air-conditioned theater room, featuring a 135” projection screen, with Dolby Atmos 7.2 surround sound system where you can watch DVDs, cable or streaming apps! Tiered theater seating and a very comfy couch await your family movie night! The theater room is also home to the pool table and an additional refrigerator.

The villa has 4 perimeter security cameras located on the outside of the villa providing view of the exterior of the front door, driveway, front of house, and pool controls (NO view of pool area). These cameras are monitored by the owners only.

About the Community:

Located off Florida Highway 27, all your amenities are very close and easy to navigate to! Only 2 minutes away you’ll find all the essentials; Walmart, Walgreens, all your fast-food staples including McDonalds, Popeyes, Papa Johns, Culvers as well as some local gems like Sonny’s BBQ and Manny’s Original Chop House, among others. Just 7 miles away on Highway 27 is Posner Park Shopping Centre, equipped with Target, Best Buy, Ross, and many more! Calabay Parc is a fully gated community, with security staff present 24/7. The community also features a fishable lake with boat launch. While many of the homes in Calabay Parc are vacation homes, there are still many families in the neighborhood, therefore the community has a quiet time of 11pm-7am. There are sidewalks throughout the community that provide ample walking and running miles and we ask that guests refrain from blocking the sidewalks in the driveway.
