Amazing View on the top of Ski Mountain - 3 King Suites - Game Room

Escape to the Smoky Mountains at Touchdown's Treetop Chalet! This luxury three king suite / three and a half bath chalet is perfect for couples and families. Offering tremendous views of the Great Smoky Mountains, Touchdown's Treetop Chalet is only minutes from Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort, downtown Gatlinburg, and Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

This magnificent chalet features a large game room with a pool table, HD TV, wet bar, and stand up arcade game (Miss Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Frogger, Galaga, and many more!) Guests will also enjoy sitting amongst the treetops in the 6-person hot tub on the large back porch. Because of the spacious design, each King Suite offers privacy and comfort. Every suite has a full bathroom, television, DVD player, and king bed. One of the suites even has a gas fire place and private balcony overlooking the Smoky Mountains!

A large sunken living room with a gas fire place and 65in Sony 4K UHD TV and Blu-ray player is the perfect place to relax after a day of skiing, hiking, or white water rafting. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room allow for dining in, and the charcoal grill is great if you'd like to grill out. Laundry facilities are just downstairs in a spacious laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

All Touchdown's Treetop Chalet guests are eligible to enjoy the privileges of Chalet Village Owner's Club which includes the use of all 3 convenient Chalet Village Clubhouses with pools, baby pools, pool tables, and tennis courts, complete with snack bars to enjoy a full day of fun. These are all located on Ski Mountain, pools are open May - September and are only available to Chalet Village Guests. Please see Guest Services at check in for clubhouse locations on the map.

*Fireplaces are disconnected from April - September

This location was fantastic and everything wr wanted in a vacation home! Host was very easy to get ahold of. If you want to see bears, this is the place to stay! Overall fantastic!

This property was both gorgeous and comfortable. Located high up on one of the most beautiful mountains surrounding Gatlinburg, the view from the back deck was breathtaking! The home was clean and well stocked with everything you would need for a relaxing and fun stay, including a game room and a hot tub overlooking the mountains. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns you had. I highly enjoyed our stay and recommend this property to anyone visiting the Gatlinburg area.

Absolutely loved the house and location. Saw about 15 bears come past the house in the 4 days we were there. Located at dead end street so no through traffic. House had absolutely everything you would need for your stay. Owner communicated well. The drive has a few tight turns but well worth the drive. You are literally just minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains.

Perfect Getaway for the Family

Amazing views and privacy! We enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Also our host left information for restaurants and others things to do in the area. It is in the mountains so it’s a trek up to the chalet, but so worth it! Ober mountain was five minutes away and all the downtown fun was right at the bottom of the mountain.

First off, the host Michael, is an awesome host. Super communicative and helpful, the way true customer service should be. He definitely enhanced our stay. And second, the house is fantastic! We have three kids and they had an absolute blast while at the house between the pool table, arcades, and hot tub. The layout is great with three king suites (two upstairs and one downstairs), and the views are incredible! We loved the house and all the cool decor that made it feel like a mountain house. Like others have noted, the drive up to the house is legit. If there’s any winter weather you most definitely need 4 wheel drive or chains on your tires. We loved the location bc it was easy to get to either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg once you got down the mountain. If you’ve never been, you can’t park anywhere in downtown Gatlinburg without paying. We spent most of our time in Pigeon Forge, which was about 20-25 minutes from the house. Again, huge shout out to Michael for his hospitality! You’ll love this house and will make lasting memories like we did!
