It was very nice that there was a welcome basket on the counter and drinks in the refrigerator. There was a great attention to detail inside the house and very well equipped. Everything was very nice and clean. We very much enjoyed our stay at this property.

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to get away for a few days. Beautiful view of the lake and excellent amenities! Great communication from our hosts and easy check in/out process. Great place for a small dog. We enjoyed the Cadiz restaurants and the Antique stores. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was great. Beautiful views super clean house and the doggies loved it. The best thing was that after driving 15 hours and getting in late we were starved to death. We walked in and there was a fruit basket with candy bars, and drinks in the fridge. That was the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great view and a nice quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We give it 5 stars!!!!

Great place! Perfect place to unwind. The view is beautiful, the house was clean and well stocked. The grill worked great and the kayak's were a blast to have as an option. Cant wait to return.

What a lovely cottage! It was immaculate. Kitchen was well-supplied; plenty of plush towels and comfortable bedding.A gorgeous view of the lake from the back deck. The firepit area was very nice.This was our second stay at Lakeshore Cottage. We will definitely be back.Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lake house over spring break. The home is impeccable—beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need, from plenty of towels to a fully equipped kitchen.The view of Lake Berkley is truly stunning and made for such a peaceful, relaxing getaway. What really set this place apart, though, was the owner. They were incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely come back again!

Our host was great, the cottage was as advertised and very comfortable. We had a great time and enjoyed the lake views especially at sunset. The welcome gifts were appreciated. There were a couple of small issues that were quickly resolved. Awesome host!!!!!!

My family and I had the BEST time at Polly’s lake house! The house was beautiful and was super clean! It had the most beautiful views, and the kayaking was the icing on the cake! Highly recommend for a relaxing weekend!

The perfect little cottage to get away from it all! Cozy comfort with spectacular views of the lake from every room! We wanted a peaceful place to relax and do a little hiking, and this place was wonderful for both. We will be back!

My husband and I recently stayed at this property for 4 nights and it was wonderful. Everything is clean and nice with lots of special little touches. In our 50's and young at heart, my wife and I really needed some one-on-one time to relax and regroup, and this stay was the perfect opportunity to accomplish that. The cottage is perfect in it's location, amenities, and provisioning in terms of a comfortable, quiet, serene, and beautiful sanctuary in which to rest. The pillows are awesome...just sayin! The host is well practiced in what I would describe as "true southern hospitality", and goes above and beyond expectations in a friendly and considerate manner, and really wants you to have an amazing experience. We will definitely be returning!
