We chose the prestigious 8th arrondissement for its exceptional architecture, elegance, safety, and central location. Surrounded by magnificent Haussmann buildings, grand avenues, and some of Paris's most prestigious addresses, it is a neighborhood where beautiful architecture and the art of French living come together.
Home to the highest concentration of five-star hotels in Paris and numerous Michelin-starred restaurants, the 8th arrondissement is synonymous with Parisian luxury and sophistication.
We particularly love being able to explore Paris on foot. The Élysée Palace and the prestigious Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré are both within walking distance, and beautiful walks lead to the Madeleine, Place de la Concorde, the Tuileries Gardens, and many of Paris's most iconic landmarks.
The neighborhood also offers an exceptional selection of bakeries, pâtisseries, gourmet food shops, excellent restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores, making everyday life as enjoyable as sightseeing.

Our penthouse is a truly exceptional Parisian home, combining the elegance of historic Haussmann architecture with contemporary design, abundant natural light, and the comforts of a luxury American home.
Located on the top floor of a magnificent Haussmann building in the prestigious 8th arrondissement, the apartment has undergone an extensive renovation. Obtaining the necessary permits was a long and challenging process.
We invested considerable time and care to preserve the building’s architectural heritage while creating a home with features rarely found in traditional Parisian apartments.
The result is a spectacular penthouse featuring an extraordinary glass roof, skylights, exposed wooden beams, and soaring ceilings. Natural light floods the living spaces, creating a unique connection to the Parisian sky.
The interiors feature high-end designer furniture, artwork, and iconic Ligne Roset Pumpkin sofas, originally designed by Pierre Paulin for the private apartments of the Élysée Presidential Palace.
Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from individually controlled air conditioning and spacious bathrooms to sophisticated lighting with dimmers, surround sound, large-screen TVs, and a private-access elevator.
The bedrooms feature high-quality organic beds and mattresses, along with sound-insulated walls for a peaceful and restful environment.
There are very few apartments like ours. More than a vacation rental, it is our Parisian home, where historic architecture, exceptional design, and modern luxury come together.
