The house was newer but there were several things that were sub par. Broken tiles in bath, scuffed up walls throughout and very squeaky floor in kitchen/dining area

Host was quick to respond to any questions/concerns.It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the bathtub in the "guest" bathroom had a good crack in it. Due to not wanting to risk making the crack worse by using that bathtub, it put 4 of us sharing the one in the master bathroom. Host did say he was having it checked after we leave.The home is beautiful and updated. It's not right in town but close for convenience. Neighborhood was pretty quit except for the 2 trains that ran through every night.Was disappointed that they only offered decaf pods. Beds were comfortable. Loved that there were ceiling fans.Living room furniture was quite uncomfortable. My biggest hesitation to book this one again would be the uncomfortable living room furniture and the fact that hosts ask guests to start the laundering process for the kitchen
