Welcome to Disney's Doorstep Villa, our vacation home rental in prestigious Windsor Hills, only 2 miles away from Disney gates- the closest resort without being on property! Whether you're planning a once-in-a-lifetime trip with extended family to visit all the parks, getting in a few rounds of golf with the guys, or spending some much needed girls time with friends, this home will fit all of your needs!
Disney's Doorstep Villa is a five bedroom, five bathroom home with a beautifully landscaped private south-facing pool and spa. With an interior featuring subtle nods to Disney throughout, both kids and adults will enjoy staying so close to all the magic Disney offers!
The highlight of the home is the backyard space where you can soak up the sun all day next to a highly sought after south-facing pool and spa- heat included FREE of charge! There are loungers to relax in, as well as some pool floats and toys should you want to splash around instead. Grill out on the BBQ grill and enjoy the weather while eating under the lanai at the dining table that seats 4. You can also relax on the outdoor sofa, watch TV, or listen to music on the Bluetooth speakers.
Come on inside and enjoy the open floor plan that offers plenty of space to spread out in the living room and lots of seating in the dining room, at the snack bar, or in the eat-in kitchen area after you prepare a wonderful meal in the fully stocked kitchen! Rest up in the adorable, fun themed bedroom for the kids and tasteful king and queen themed rooms for adults. Each room is a relaxing oasis after a long day out and about. All ensuite bathrooms have beautiful granite counters and either walk in tile showers or tub/ shower combos. Starters items such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and more are provided complimentary. Speaking of complimentary, many items requested when traveling with kids are located in the front entry closet- strollers, high chairs, pack and play, baby gate, as well as a beach umbrella, and more- free to use at your leisure.
The home also boasts a game room with free arcade games, a ping pong table, air hockey, a basketball game, and board games. Plenty of ways to show your competitive side! A full size washer and dryer are also located in the game room closet, so pack light and leave space in your suitcase for souvenirs.
For additional fun things to do on the resort, walk five minutes away to the Castle Park or a few more minutes to the lovely clubhouse and community zero-entry resort pool along with the Sir Windsor Waterpark! Don't forget that Windsor Hills has many amenities to offer such as a snack and drink bar, movie theater, game room, fitness center, tennis/ pickleball courts, volleyball/ basketball courts, mini golf, on site shopping, multiple playgrounds and more! Magical Family Vacation

This home delivered all the amenities needed for an amazing family vacation. The bonus of having everything needed for 2 toddlers and a baby was especially helpful. The home is clean, comfortable and relaxing. The pool and outdoor space is amazing. With the resort amenities there is no need to go anywhere but if you choose to the home is conveniently located. Owners are attentive and helpful. We would definitely choose this home again.

This is my second time staying at Disney Doorstep Villa but not my last. The 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms was definitely a plus for my large family. We enjoyed private pool along with playing table tennis and air hockey right at the Villa .Great price for all that is included and minutes away from Magic Kingdom .

There were 6 adults in our group and it was the perfect house for our trip (one couple was unable to travel). We chose the house because it had 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and 4 of the beds were queen/king. It was tastefully decorated and matched the online photos. The owners were super helpful and fast answering any questions we had. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again.

Amazing

We stayed at this villa for almost 2 weeks. Two adults, two teenagers. We have rented villas for many years and this was one of the best. The bedrooms were all spacious, comfy beds and tvs allowing plenty iof space for everyone. The kitchen living area was well equipped. The pool area was great, no houses directly behind so the privacy was good. A really relaxing comfortable villa. Close for Disney, plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The owners seems to have thought of everything and were really helpful answering queries before we arrived and checked with us after arrival that everything was good. I would say a well specc'd quality villa, you won't be disappointed.

Beauty in every way

Upon walking in, it felt like the beautiful home it is. Clean, so much room, fully stocked kitchen, everything you need. Each bedroom with its own bath is such a convenience. Comfortable furniture and beds. The outdoor space is perfect. Pool is wonderful, pretty, very clean and a hot tub which my husband used constantly. We will book again at this location!

From booking to arrival and through to departure a first rate service at all times and a lovely and well cared for Villa in and excellent location.

This was our first experience of booking a Villa without using a recognised Travel Agent and we will certainly do so again in the future as we have no complaints at all. Communication from Steve and Lesley was excellent from the outset. They contacted us just prior to departure and after we arrived to make sure that we had all we needed and everything was as we expected. We had one small issue to be resolved and their team on site repaired it the same day. Windsor Hills as a resort is an excellent location and the Villa was superb, everything we needed to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The south facing pool / seating area was wonderful and one of the reasons we chose the Villa. There was a table and chairs for outdoor dining in addition to outdoor sofas for relaxing. As regular visitors to the US / Orlando we would certainly have no hesitation in booking the Villa again or recommending to others.

First time renter but not the last! Property close to Disney . Just as described! Beautiful gated community. My family each had their own bedroom and bathroom which everyone loved ! The grill and surround sound TV which was so nice to have available pool side! The pool was a huge hit with my family. The game room in garage had air hockey, table tennis, video game and a small basketball game for everyone to enjoy! A Great way to create wonderful memories that my family will always cherish!

This home has everything you need, we enjoyed our stay immensely! Five bedrooms all placed in the home so that there's privacy with each, each again with its own bathroom, lovely kitchen, full living room, and a wonderful pool with a hot tub, including plenty of places to lounge, relax have a glass of wine or dinner. Kids, maybe adults, too will enjoy the ample game room with ping pong, air hockey, basketball hoops, an arcade game, puzzles games for the little ones, cute little carpet mat that Hot Wheels cars can ride on. Would highly recommend! The neighborhood is quiet the home landscaping is very pretty and tidy, it just is very pretty and comfy, also subtle Disney themes throughout, not overwhelming, done very tastefully. Book this home, you'll love it!

We LOVED our stay at Disney’s Doorstep Villa

We LOVED our time at Disney’s Doorstep Villa. We arrived few hours prior to the check-in time but were able to go to the pool area at the resort. The inside of the house was beautifully decorated and everything was neat and clean. Our favorite space was the outdoor pool and the hot tub. The water in the pool was perfect and our kids spent the most of their time in the water. In the evening, we enjoyed the hot tub that also illuminates. We also had a great time in the game room where we played ping pong championship :) The location was 1.5 hrs drive to either Gulf of Mexico or Atlantic Ocean beaches and a short drive to Disney World. The hosts made sure we had all the information and answered our texts promptly. Thank you, Steve and Lesley, for making our vacation a relaxing one!

We recently stayed here for some family fun. Had 8 people in our group. This home has everything, it is spacious, bedrooms set up so that there is privacy for all 5 rooms, the kids loved the one bedroom with bunks and the Toy Story theme, and the game room! Ping ping, air hockey, video game, basketball hoops, game table, stuff for young kids, comfortable livingroom furniture, all you need for cooking in the nice sized kitchen, tubs and/or showers in each of the 5 baths, ample vanity space. Clean and bright.. Quiet interior neighborhood, with seclusion in the back yard. Pool is wonderful and the hot tub is an awesome extra. Love the subtle Disney themed art in the home. Felt comfortable and relaxed as soon as we got settled. If you book this home, it'll be a great vacation choice, no doubt!

Worth the stay.

I get that VRBO is super competitive in the Orlando area. It’s always a debate to stay on Disney property or rent a house. We chose to rent because the options elsewhere for a family of 6 are slim. After having a huge list of other properties we landed on this one because this house included a grill and pool heat. We didn’t have to pay an extra charge if we wanted to soak in a hot tub after a day at the parks. The owners are great at communication. If there was an isssue, they are quick to respond to assist. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the location is solid. Irlo Bronson gets clogged up in the morning but if you’re turning right off of Lake Wilson road, it tends to be smooth sailing to get to Disney. That’s what makes Windsor Hills our first choice every time.
