This beach house is really two houses connected by a hallway. It was great for our multiple families as the back house stayed quiet for our little ones to nap. The front house faced a pristine yard and private beach with spectacular ocean views. The water was comfortable to swim in as it's part of Nantucket Sound. The bottom was sandy and a gradual drop was great for kids and grown ups. The bathrooms were clean and bedding comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and restaurants nearby were abundant if you didn't feel like cooking. The owner was very pleasant and easy to coordinate with. Definitely a repeat visit.
