Wonderful location! One of the best stocked rentals I have ever stayed at! It had absolutely everything we needed to enjoy the lake and the rest of the area. Great food and friendly people. Loved Sheboygan!

Wonderful home in a great location! The hosts were very helpful and communicated easily and quickly! Close to the beach and includes a wagon and items to tote along. Easy parking and located close to everything fun to do in the area!

We had a fantastic stay at this house. Everything was exactly as described — very clean, well maintained, and extremely comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the layout made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. The home was stocked with everything we needed, and you could tell the owners take great pride in keeping the property in excellent condition. The location was great, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and enjoyable place to stay.

Decorated and updated darling and contemporary! Comfy beds and very cozy..Walk to everything and host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Fun family getaway at Rose & Ferns.

We absolutely loved staying at Rose & Ferns. The house was so charming. The beds were super comfy. I even ordered the sheets we slept on. The house was so convenient for the beach and walking to downtown. Jeremy is very responsive to any questions I asked. Highly recommend staying here.

Great Location, Great Accommodations

We enjoyed a couple's getaway with friends to celebrate a 50th birthday. The home appeared to be recently renovated from top to bottom with unique design elements that made the home feel very luxurious. It had everything we needed for us to enjoy our stay. Sheyboygan had the rest. Great food, Great parks and Great exploring.

Great communication, amenities were perfect, warm and welcoming upon entering and during the entire stay (4night stay). Absolutely as described. We wanted for nothing and felt like we were right at home! Wonderful space to spend time w/family from cooking in the wonderfully designed kitchen to feeding a party of 10 at the dinning table to playing board games or relaxing and talking in front of the fireplace.

Long weekend with husband and our 3 teenagers

We loved our visit! We knew we wanted to visit Wisconsin by Lake Michigan as part of our trip from Dallas, and I picked Sheboygan. It's a beautiful house and a charming town. You're steps from the lake with walking and biking trails and a beach! The house has everything and the host is great.

The pictures do not do the property justice. The open floor plan, the high ceilings, and the pastel accent walls all leave you with a sense of calm the moment you walk in. The attention to detail is amazing (they labeled the light switches!). The hosts were friendly and communicative, and fun to interact with. If the TV show character Frasier Crane had a lake house, it would be decorated just like this. Classy and modern and a bit whimsical. If you come to Sheboygan, this is THE place to stay. I know we will be back soon.

House comfort with fun, thoughtful touches, gorgeous setting, and host responsiveness -- everything we could ask for!

The house is roomy, clean, beautiful and carefully appointed. It's quite extraordinary with its easy access to Lakeside and Riverside walks and cafes in the heart of Sheboygan's revival area. We walked to the exquisite John Michael Kohler Arts Center (named the 6th best art museum in the country!) and sauntered around the historic buildings of downtown retrofitted with cutting edge dining and culinary shops. It's a very new, lively Sheboygan, if you've not been here in years (as I hadn't). Come see! The house has a spacious feel and is carefully remodeled to bring out its old charm and add humor through vibrant, carefully chosen, art. It was spotless with comfy bedding, which provided us with wonderful sleeping in its quiet neighborhood. Because I needed to cook for a few family events that brought us to town, I was very grateful for the cook's kitchen that I found and relied on. Stainless steel pots and pans of various sizes saved the day and reassured us that we were providing healthy dishes for our family. The house has plenty of room to entertain others with an array of sofas and chairs as well as a table that seats eight. Jeremy and his team could not have been more responsive to our questions and needs. What excellent service I experienced from my first communications about the property through every moment of our rental! Thank you so much!
