On the 1st floor, you’ll find a spacious, open-concept floor plan, boasting modern furnishings and hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is a chef’s paradise with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertop island, a breakfast bar and a 6-person table in the dining area, perfect for family meals and group celebrations. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find the living room with a large sectional couch facing a flat screen TV and fireplace! However, the best part of this Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort® gem is right outside! This oasis features a private back patio with comfy furnishings that overlook the 12th hole of the Links Golf Course. Spend your mornings here sipping a cup of coffee, watching the golfers tee off. With the addition of a BBQ grill outside, and USB ports located throughout the home on lamps and outlets, you’ll have everything you need to rest and relax.

This home features 2 bedrooms plus a Bunk Room spanning 2 floors of space. On the 1st floor, you’ll find a guest bedroom and bunk room for the kids which share a hall bath that houses a fabulous stone shower. Upstairs, you’ll find the master suite that spans the entire length of the house with an additional twin sofa sleeper and dedicated desk/workspace! This spacious slice of heaven features a king bed, spa-like bathroom, and private balcony.

Paul and Eva purchased this home in Sandestin and immediately knew that they wanted to share it with others. It is tucked away in a beautiful nook within the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. They love coming down to recharge their batteries and know you will as well!

Why they chose this property

508 Magnolia Place is situated on the 12th hole of the Links Golf Course. It is close to the beach, bay, pool and just about any activity that you would want during a vacation. This home has been painstakingly updated with all the modern conveniences and relaxing décor. They knew it would be the perfect spot to be as active or relaxed as you want during your Gulf Vacation! Sandestin is a gated community, with multiple swimming pools, a fitness center, a spa, salon, 3 golf courses, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a marina, shops, restaurants (from quick service to fine dining), entertainment, a private beach, free parking, watersports, Tiki bar on the beach, beach service set ups. The resort also has an app to help guests stay in the know about current events!

Magnolia Place is located in the coveted Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. There is something for everyone to do - beaches, pool, golf, fishing, dining, nightclubs, sunrises and sunsets!
