Brand new to the rental market. Welcome to "Florida's Best Kept Secret". Beach Happy is a 1 bedroom studio condo located at Sunset Harbor Palms and sits on the Santa Rosa Sound in Navarre Beach. Beautifully decorated, 3rd floor unit, 2 smart TVs, 1 king bed in bedroom to include TV, dresser, luggage racks, and a beautiful view of the Sound. Queen sleeper sofa in living area. Bathroom consists of a shower/tub combo, hair dryer, towels/wash cloths, hand soap, & toilet paper. Kitchen is equipped with a full refrigerator, stove, microwave, cookware, grilling tools, toaster, crockpot, air fryer, Keurig, & ironing board/iron. Short walk to the beautiful, sugar white sand beaches with emerald water. Property consists of a pool, pavilion w/grills, pier, elevator, & laundry room. NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED per HOA. Come share our paradise!

Stunning Decor w/ Cozy, Beachy Vibes! Beautiful & Relaxing Location!

Me and my husband were in awe as soon as we walked in! We immediately dropped all of our stuff so that we could walk around to look at all of the gorgeous beachy decor and details! My favorite color is Turquoise so I obviously LOVED all the pretty pops of Turquoise throughout the space. We instantly felt a strong sense of Cozy & Relaxing vibes, just what we needed! We loved how it had such a “lived-in” feel but was so super clean!!! Also, THE BED WAS SOOOO COMFORTABLE!! We slept amazingly! And the living room & bedroom TVs were both HUGE, so me and my husband definitely appreciated that too! The best part was definitely the gorgeous waterfront view of the Sound that was right outside our bedroom window! Being able to fall asleep and wake up next to that was heavenly! Best sunsets ever! We absolutely loved the location of the Condo itself too! We were sitting right on the water of the Sound and we were also just footsteps away from the Gulf Beaches right across the street! Very safe location too! This was our first time in Navarre and we fell in love with that cute little beach town! Wasn’t too crowded or busy, but there were also plenty of restaurants, stores, etc. We also really appreciated how the owner had ALL of the essentials on-site (towels, soap, dishware, Keurig with coffee pods, many appliances, etc.) We also noticed lots of beach toys and even life jackets provided, we didn’t need them but that is such a nice thing to have on-site for future guests with children!
