Quiet town-home complex with a pool. Close to beaches, Sanibel-Captiva. Everything you'll need for your stay in beautiful Southwest Florida. You'll have a full kitchen with all appliances, a dining table to seat six. Three bedrooms and two baths upstairs plus one on the main level. Living space is 1670 sq feet/155 sq meters. Three Smart TVs with full cable. Fast Wi-Fi. There's a full size washer and dryer between the bedrooms. The patio looks out on a protected preserve with an umbrella covered table for six and a chaise lounge for relaxing. Only a half mile to fabulous Lakes Park with walking and bike trails and a large weekly Farmers Market (https://www.leegov.com/parks/parks/lakespark). Sleeps up to six.

Great Location!

Perfect for our quiet snowbird getaway in the midst of all Fort Myers has to offer, including low traffic within and exiting this quaint friendly gated community. Five minute drive to groceries and dining options as well as performances at the Barbara Mann Theater. We enjoyed the safe biking and walking distance to the well maintained local park with fun recreational options, including a weekly Farmer's Market.Host was friendly and quick to respond to questions.
