Construction Update – Long Beach Resort (As of April 2, 2026)
We are excited to share that construction at Long Beach Resort is winding down and the property is quickly returning to normal operations!
The lagoon pool is now open and available for guest enjoyment
The pool between Towers 1 & 2 is also open
Towers 1 and 2 are fully complete
Tower 3 is substantially complete
Tower 4 is in its final stages and wrapping up
While there may still be some minor work and loose ends being completed, the vast majority of the project is finished.

At this time, beach access is available through Towers 1 and 2 only, but additional access points are expected to reopen soon as work concludes.

We truly appreciate your patience throughout this improvement project. With construction nearing completion, Long Beach Resort is almost fully back to normal—and ready to provide the exceptional beach experience our guests know and love.

Perfect family getaway

The location and property were perfect and we loved how both rooms had amazing beach views. The beach chair rentals were a huge plus. There was a female security guard who was so pleasant and instantly made us feel welcomed. She definitely was a unexpected delight with our stay.

Beautiful and perfect stay!

This listing did not disappoint! Pictures are spot on, right on the beach. We did not use the pool, we were only here for a couple of days, but it is beautifully remodeled, huge kitchen, large bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms. Do take beach towels, we forgot ours! Balcony is spacious and a great place to relax.

Had the BEST time!!!

This condo was even better than I had expected it to be! We were provided with everything that we needed for a wonderful stay! Everything was very clean. The bedspreads on all of the beds are a little dated, and the carpets could use a good shampoo, but considering all of the sand and dirt being tracked into the condo daily, it wasn't really that bad. Other than that, we had the best stay!! The location of the condo is perfect! The elevators were HOT, so it was nice to be able to get off on the 5th floor and not have to travel up any higher

My Happy Place

Long Beach Resort is by far my favorite place to stay in PCB and this condo upheld my expectations. The spacious layout was perfect for working remotely and each guest had the same ocean views from the bedrooms. From the beautiful furnishings to the amazing balcony, this place very quickly became my happy place. I didn’t want to leave!

Great Location

The condo overall was very good overall. Had a couple of issues that was solved very quickly by host. Probably needs a few more instructions about controls of the different tvs in each room. The gate to beach chairs and one of pools was close but main pool was a little farther walk. The food bar was closed most of the week but opened later in week. The overall experience was great other than rain !!!

We were at the place for a total of three nights. Views were great. Enjoyed the floor to ceiling windows in both bedrooms. We were a family of five and ran out of hot water each day we all attempted to shower . I feel like we were not being excessive with our time in the bathroom. Also TV in main area... we were not able to get to work like the ones in both bedrooms. It wasn't a big deal to us since we were in and out of the condo so much and had two others for the limited amount of time we were there. Overall...nice stay.

Owner was very easy to communicate with. Condo looked exactly as pictured. The two master suites were perfect for us. The condo is large and we enjoyed our stay so much we are planning on making it an annual event. Highly recommend this rental

Beautiful condo

The condo is beautifully decorated. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the unit. The shower had hair in it, the floors are filthy (will turn your feet black). The shower also had a moldy tile that I thought was gonna fall at any time. The kids loved the big pool (although it had lots of debris in it from the surrounding trees). It definitely needs to be cleaned out more than once a day. The beds are comfortable and condo has very nice views of the ocean from both rooms. We loved the flip flop room. Overall I would stay here again and plan to come back.

I'm sorry you had the few issues that you did, if you had contacted us at any time after you arrived we would have been happy to send a cleaner back up to address the issue. Regarding the tile in the shower, that is coming from the unit above the one you were in and is not one we manage, so again, now that we know about it from your review we will contact the HOA to investigate where the leak is coming from. Long Beach Resort Kim's Condos - 5 star

The condo was very nice. The location is awesome, in large part because it is just inside the envelope where most of the Air Force fly-bys do their turn, so you can watch the planes fly west, make their turn, and back east to the base. It was like a little air show every day, loved it. Facilities were nice. Didn't touch the pool. Just minutes to the county fishing pier, which is nice, happened to be there at the right time to catch a few Spanish Mackerel and some squid. Didn't try surf fishing. Condo was well furnished, beds were reasonably comfortable. They had TV with a lot of channels, so wifey got to watch the HGTV some, which she liked. I had to work, wi-fi was quite adequate for video calls and file transfers.

Long Beach is our favorite

Excellent vacation

We have been coming to PCB for over 15 years and this is by far the best condo we have ever stayed at!! There is not one bad or negative thing we can say. The condo is clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. We absolutely loved the balcony space, the beds were comfortable, the included beach chairs were so nice, the elevators were quick and the beach was big enough that we were all spread out and not crowded like most resorts. Security is active but not over bearing, parking is fantastic!!! We will always rent this exact condo every year!!! We have found our vacation home away from home!!!

It was a great experience,with the best views in panama city. With wall Mart and wall greens near by is a huge plus. And the fighter jets buzzing the condo was amazing.
