We had everything we needed at the property. A really well stocked kitchen, extra sheets and blankets, towels. The location is great, right in the middle of all the action. Host was prompt with explicit instructions. Definitely recommend for a large group.

Great stay!

Quick overnight stay but wish we were staying longer! Wonderful property, easy check-in, great location, tons of room and amenities in the house! The beds were very comfortable. We plan on booking this same place next year! Great communication as well!

Boji Vacay

This house is really nice. Close enough to walk to Arnold’s Park or many other places. The layout is great, a bathroom on every level, 2 bedrooms upstairs, 2 downstairs, 1 on main floor. It works perfect for our family vacation. It’s clean and plenty of seating (we have stayed in places where the living room isn’t big enough for the amount of people that can sleep there). Kitchen table is great for playing games at night or doing a puzzle. The only thing we would suggest is to fence the yard, since it is so close to 71. That way the kitties can play outside without worrying about them running towards the street.

This property was perfect for our group! Had a 50th B-day party to attend and it was great for 5 couples to be comfortable and enjoy Okoboji. Location was perfect and easy to enjoy the heart of Arnolds Park. Highly recommend and host was fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay here! Sherri was super helpful. House very clean and lots of space! Loved being across the street from the gas station for random odds and ends needed. Also walking distance to everything which makes it convenient with a stroller. Highly recommend and will be back!

Great place

This was perfect for our group. It's proximity to boondocks was super convenient. Damage deposit is steep, but I'm sure the host has their reasons. We didn't damage anything so it wasn't a problem for us. Don't break anything, and you'll probably be fine too. We had an amazing time! Would book again no question.

Arnolds park

The house felt bigger than the pictures showed online. Sherri answered all of my questions promptly. I feel like woth larger groups its difficult to find adequte parking but we had zero issues with this. The place was clean and well taken care of. It cam be difficult to get out of the driveway but the listing is very transparent about that. Really nice place to stay.
