About this property

Cozy lakeside cottage surrounded by islands providing unique privacy

Requirement: Can only provide 7-night or 14-night stays, example: cannot provide 8-night stays


The cottage has 4 bedrooms with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 singles. It is directly on Lake Pemaquid and there is a canoe, kayaks, and a row boat available to use, and swimming/fishing from the dock or the small beach out front (depending on the water level of the lake). Sit and relax in the hammock while enjoying a beautiful sunset, or find lots of nature walks around the area. We have WIFI and streaming services on the television.

We ask people to try and leave the place as clean as when they found it, taking all remaining food with them (we will clean all sheets and towels that are used).

Arrival time is typically by 4pm on the Saturday of arrival, and leaving by 10 am on the day of departure so there is time to clean for the new tenants. Leaving on time is important to us so that we can ensure all guests have a clean comfortable place to stay.

We ask to limit the number of people staying to no more than 10, ideally, the bedrooms are designed to hold 8. We do not allow smoking in the house and no fireworks on the property. A pet dog may come with you provided it is not dangerous, will not create a nuisance by persistent barking, and will not damage the property.
