Conveniently located near Rocker B Ranch (~25minutes) and with two Brazos River access points (~.2miles and ~.5miles), our home features:

Loft (upstairs)

Within each downstairs bedroom is a closet nook, ceiling fan, floor fan, dresser and lamp. Two bedrooms on the left and two bedrooms on the right, each pair separated by identical bathrooms with walk-in shower. One half bath conveniently located next to open-concept kitchen/living/dining space.

The open-concept kitchen, illuminated by a handcrafted island chandelier and an adjacent dining table with seating for 10. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner with sweeping country views before you hit the road back to play ball..

Coffee Pot, Crock Pot, Instant Pot, Gas Oven, Microwave Oven, Toaster Oven, Weber gas grill and Blackstone making meal time a breeze.

Get away and baseball

The peace and quiet was just perfect. We played baseball at Rocker B so it was perfect.

Great times were had by all!

Our baseball family came into town for a tournament near by, and this house was the PERFECT choice for all! The layout is absolutely perfect for multiple families! All the kids had the best time getting to be outside and explore. This property will not dissapoint! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

Why they chose this property

We chose the neighborhood of Legends of Fortune Bend for several reasons. Firstly, its proximity to DFW makes it an ideal destination and manageable weekend trip, allowing us to escape the hustle and bustle of the city without spending hours on the road. Secondly, the 10 acres of land provide just right amount of space for privacy without feeling overwhelmed by maintenance to-dos. But what truly sold us on this neighborhood were the two access points to the Brazos River and the serene sight of roaming cows & wildlife. The ever changing river offers endless opportunities for recreation and relaxation, while the peaceful presence of the cows & deer adds to the charm and serenity of the surroundings. In Legends of Fortune Bend, we found the perfect blend of convenience, natural beauty, and rural charm that we've always dreamed of.
