Missing one tv control and the 2nd bedrooon the pull string on the light was not working. We had a very nice stay otherwise. Street parking only. We would definitely come back again

Host is very good with communications and answering questions. House was nice and cool when we walked in and lights were on. Instructions for check out was one of the easiest. I had to read instructions several times to make sure I didn’t miss something I needed to do.

One of the best properties we’ve stayed over the past 10 years. Communication was beyond amazing, anything we needed or asked, the host responded to within minutes. The property is on a nice quiet street, it’s very cozy and decorated nicely, makes you feel like you’re at home. One of our favorite places was the little reading nook in the living room, what a nice touch. The property was clean, well stocked with items needed (towels, dishes, pans, toilet paper, etc.). Parking was not an issue as there was always plenty of street parking available. The value for the stay was great as well, better prices AND much nicer than staying at a hotel.I would recommend staying here and I think we’ve found our home away from home whenever we come down to Peoria to visit our son.

Unfortunately, the property did not reflect the listing. We were hoping to sleep 5, but the 5th spot was a couch and empty air mattress box. The kitchen was very sparse- limited plates and I couldn’t find the pans to cook. The bathroom had a large hole in the ceiling and the bathroom was very dirty. It was clear the home had not been cleaned. Garbages had not been emptied. After our first night I asked for a refund for the rest of our stay, as we could not stay there with our family- after a day, they did get back to me - and did end up refunding our money.

Very disappointed! Check-in was 4 pm. We were contacted at 4 to say it wasn't ready. Cleaner told us to come back at 5:30. Floors were dirty and there was trash left. Be aware there is an upstairs unit. Loud music until 11 pm. Monday morning, workers woke us at 7:30. We weren't told construction would happen. The description is very misleading. It is nice inside but not clean. Would not stay again.
