The property was great for my needs. The host had towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner available. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, silverware, plates, etc.If you're looking for a premium stay you may notice things like doors that don't latch or loose faucet handles. I'll echo other comments and said the check in process was not smooth. I had to call Vrbo support to get in touch with the host. Since I stayed during days when the outside air quality was 400 I checked the utility closet and found the house air filter was in bad shape. Fortunately, the host was very responsive to this issue.

We stayed here for a football game. While it's 2.5 miles from the stadium, it's still close and worked perfectly for us. I'm not a light sleeper, but some of the folks in our group did comment that you can hear some trucks on the highway at night, so that's the only negative.

The place was clean but smelled like wet dogs or body odor. The smell was horrible in the kitchen and living room. We couldn’t even sit in those rooms the first night and next day. We found some fabric freshener and sprayed the rug and furniture and carpet on the stairs several times. By the time we left the smell was not near as bad. I have asked for some money back from the owner and haven’t heard anything back. When we got home we discovered my wife’s brand new travel CPAP now has the same smell. Both bedrooms need curtains that actually block out the sun at least a little. The front room blinds are missing some of the slats so the light from the parking lot across the street shine right on the bed pillow. It’s located right beside the highway so bring earplugs so you can sleep.
