The space
Our beautifully renovated home features an open living/dining/kitchen area where you can relax while enjoying our cozy furnishings, 75 inch smart tv and fast speed internet. The dining accommodates 4 while our beautiful , waterfall island sits another 4 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked and features new, stainless steel appliances.
There are 3 bedrooms downstairs:
the 1st bedroom (master) has a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bath tub shower.
the 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
the 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
That's right! Each of the downstairs bedrooms has its own, ensuite bathrooms for the maximum comfort and privacy of your guests. There is a conveniently located 4th half bath downstairs.
The attic has been beautifully converted into a cozy 4th bedroom, perfect for children or single adults with 4 twin size beds, a TV, a game area and a reading nook by the window.
The laundry room features a full size washer and dryer for your laundry needs.

We are located in the heart of Dallas-within walking distance to all that Fair Park has to offer. Experience art and culture in one of the 5 surrounding museums, walk to a concert at the Dos Equis Pavilion, catch a premier musical at the Fair Park Music Hall or take a stroll through the Texas Discovery Gardens. If you stay with us during fair season, you can literally walk to the Texas State Fair; say "Howdy" to Big-Tex, eat a delicious corn dog or turkey leg, then catch one of the iconic games at the Cotton Bowl Stadium. We are located within a 5 minute drive to Downtown Dallas and to Deep Ellum.
