Matthew is an exceptional host. He’s a great host and the house was so clean and very well stocked. The location is great…very safe neighborhoods and shops (and coffee!) just a 5 minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the best (not one of the Best) THE BEST experience I have ever had renting a house for a trip. The communcation was top level and response, the house was clean and as presented and the location was ideal for everything we wanted to experience on our trip. I will definitely be using this place in my return trip(s) to Dallas

Great place to stay! Very spacious- nice kitchen, living area and bedrooms. We love being close to Snider Plaza, so we can walk in the morning for coffee, breakfast or lunch. Tons of wonderful restaurants nearby and very close to SMU campus. We will be back! :)

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and campus. Easy check-in and good communication. Well equipped but I didn't spend that much time in the apartment. I did hear the upstairs neighbors occasionally but nothing obtrusive. Great stay, would definitely book again!

This place is wonderful and very clean. Has everything you need make your stay enjoyable. Walking distance to Snider Plaza which has amazing restaurants, shops, CVS and grocery store. Parking it upfront and close to door. Mathew is a wonderful host. We will be back again.

A wonderful place to stay in a perfect location. Two comfortable king beds with two very nice bathrooms. Close to SMU, Presidential Library, and village shopping and restaurants. I would certainly return and would highly recommend.
