This is a very special place; perfect for a group that needs three beds, it is exceptionally comfortable and the location can’t be beat. The view is the best panoramic picture frame of the monetary bay that you could get. Thank you to our hosts!

From the moment you open the front door, you know you've booked the right home. The views, cleanliness, and location make it a wonderful trip. We had our two littles 4 and 3 and they loved riding their bikes and scooters up and down the long driveway. We cannot wait to return.

This property is amazing! The unobstructed ocean views are stunning & we especially loved watching the surfers from sun up to sun down during our stay. Space was just enough for me, my mom & my 2 adult kids. The front deck provides literally a front row seat to people & dog watching, walks along the cliffs are soul-filling & directly across from the property. The communication was excellent & nothing needed to be reported, as the place had everything we needed. Thank you for an awesome stay. Hope to be back in future!

Windows on the Waves was the perfect Santa Cruz getaway for us! The ocean and beach views are beautiful everywhere you turn, but my favorite part was snuggling into the deck couches and soaking it all in — morning, afternoon and evening. Coffee on the deck, BBQs out back, the waves, and all the comings and goings along East Cliff made it such a fun place to simply watch the world go by.We loved that it felt quiet and peaceful, yet right in the middle of everything. As mountain bikers, we had access to some of the most beautiful rides in the Santa Cruz area, including trails around UCSC, while still being close to the beach and great restaurants in Capitola. We truly felt like we had it all!Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and garage with us. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again!

This is my new favorite spot, and I am going to be a regular. Bar none, its location and ocean view are unrivaled! The house is clean and warm and welcoming, and the parking is icing on the cake! We celebrated my mother’s 88th birthday there and she said it was the best gift she could have gotten. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

What an incredible place. We absolutely loved the house and the location. We've always stayed up in Seabright but this place has caused us to realize what a gem Pleasure Point is. We loved walking to breakfast burritos in the morning. We're definitely coming back!

Great spot to watch the whales and the surfers. And just up the street there is a little market that sells food and everything else if things were forgotten. House was unbelievable. The wall to wall window view of the ocean. Can’t wait to get back. And bring some beach toys. At home and already missing that place. The front deck over looking the ocean and everything is where it’s at. Spent a lot of time there. There was a huge bbq there but never got to use it.

What a wonderful view! It took our breath away as soon as we walked into the livingroom and looked out the front windows! The home was just as advertised and provided us proximity to Capitola and Santa Cruz. The home is well cared for and had everything we needed for our girls weekend. Will certainly stay again.
