Unfortunately, our stay at this property was disappointing. While the location was convenient, several issues seriously impacted our experience:•Cleanliness: The property was not properly cleaned. We found dust on surfaces, the floors were sticky, and the bathrooms did not meet basic cleanliness standards.•Odor: There was a strange, unpleasant smell throughout the home that we couldn’t identify, which made it hard to feel comfortable during our stay.•Shower Leak: The shower on the upper floor leaked into the room below, creating water stains on the ceiling and an ongoing drip. It was a major inconvenience and clearly a maintenance issue that should have been addressed before our visit.I reached out to the host about the shower issue and received no apology response with never heard of the shower leak being an issue for the previous visitors. While the property has potential, better cleaning, maintenance, and communication are essential to make it a more enjoyable experience for future guests.
