Ritu is a very welcoming host. Very responsive to requests and quick reply’s to questions. Property was exceptional, excellent Southern exposure and great pool deck. Most amenities were available lots of room for a family vacations. I will look to Ritu for another booking for sure.

House was nice , beds were not comfortable and were noisy. Spa never worked the whole time we were there , which meant the pool never warmed up so a waste of money. House amenities were good and house was very clean on arrival.

The rooms were very clean and the pool was lovely. We did have issues with ants and the sliding door not working properly but besides that we did enjoy our stay. Overall, the accommodations were nice and clean.

The house was just as pictured, very clean and tons of space for everyone. We enjoyed the open concept of the living area and the kitchen which made it great for entertaining. Having a private pool and hot tub was great for the children that were with us. Bedrooms were decent size. There is a washer and dryer in the house which was great. The hot tub did however have a water issue when it was turned on that I let the owner know about. Depending on traffic it’s about 20-30 minutes from major attractions and in a great area. You’re in a private housing division so it’s very quiet and peaceful. All in all it was a great property that my family and I enjoyed very much!

Trip for basketball nationals puma circuit

We had a great stay everything was to our liking. The pool was clean and we had a blast in. The house alone had plenty of room for everyone. Kids had a great time playing pool in the garage. All rooms had extra fans blankets and towels. The community was great plenty of stuff to do for the children on our free time. Very comfortable all around for us all if we ever come back to Florida this the house we will get if available.

Big House Central Location

This is a very large house, 7 bedrooms, with large lanai, plenty of space to sun or sit in the shade. Very central location to groceries, Disney Springs, Hawks Landing and Providence Golf Courses. Really enjoyed our two weeks. Son came down to join us for a week. Great time...

Beautiful property in a gated community! Very clean and had everything we needed. The pool and spa were very clean and were so nice to spend time in after a long day at the parks. beautiful setting on the lake. Ritu was so helpful and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again if travelling to Orlando to visit the parks!

Overall great. Cold never get the spa to heat up. Had a live cockroach in the clean sheets in the closet. Kids loved the pool. We left some pool toys hopefully for the next guests. Other than that everything was great

We had a gathering of Fraternity brothers that were ages 75. We have stayed at this property before and hopefully again. The house was clean and the neighborhood secure. On property staff was great.I have nothing but good things to say.

Our first night no hot water and cable..called maintenence it was fixed following day..smelled stuffy and a little moldy at times..had cockroaches upstairs in bathroom under sink...other than those hiccups the place was comfortable..

Amazing location beautiful place but 1 problem

This place is very beautiful the backyard/pool is gorgeous the view is amazing with a little lake in the back, the one problem is that we found a couple cockroaches roaming around and i know it’s nature but it was a bit disgusting seeing them run around

The property was great.We had a wonderful time.The beds were very comfortable. The house was beautiful. The pool was great.Cleanliness spot on.The only improvement would be the game room. The pool tables were old one was unusable the second was usable but very wobbley and ready to fall down needs some screws. The fuse ball table is unbalanced and leaning. Overall it was a beautiful home the stay was pleasant and the host was great.

Decent Stay

Beautiful house and location! Communication with property manager was great however, the hot water was out during our entire stay! We called to have maintenance come and fix it, but it went back out shortly after. I was told that the prior guests caused the water heater to go out because they used the dishwasher on high. Then I was told that before we checked in, the water was hot, so I was a bit confused. Please check with Host before booking to ensure the hot water is working.

Rooms were perfect for what we needed, and kitchen/dining area was great. A lot of seating outside for dining for large families. We did enjoy our stay but there were a few things that did disappoint. Pool lights did not work, so swimming at night for our kids was a major bummer-it was pitch black without the lights. By the final 2 days the hot tub was no longer hot, we were told heater was working but it never got as hot as it did at the start of trip. Property manager and host were great at responding but problems never really were solved. House could use a few cosmetics updates but that did not bother us.

Unclean dirty

Bathrooms were backing up. Sinks were backing up. Kitchen sinks were met clogged. Place was dusty, we all got allergies and my daughter was hospitalized. Linens on bed were not properly made up. Very disappointed. Sliding door to pool was defective. Bathroom was old and faucets had lots of signs of discoloration, window ledges had black mold
