We (6 adults) spent a lovely relaxing week at this property! Morning coffee on the patio and watching the sunset in the evening. I really enjoyed the humming birds going about their business each day. Delightfully peaceful neighborhood, yet close to restuarants and groceries in Cottonwood. All three bedrooms are huge and beds very comfy. Overall the house well appointed

Its a nice quiet area but doesnt have any views. Its surrounded by giant mansions and barns and very tall brush and palomino trees that ruin view towards Sedona. There are security cameras facing all the areas you can sit outside and relax which is discomforting.At night the star views could be great but the security spotlights turn on ruining the view of sky. I wouldn't venture past the patios. Lots of cool wildlife but be wary of snakes and tarantulas.The water heater was broken. I was refunded for the value of one night which I am thankful and appreciative for. Michelle was a pleasure to deal with.Overall its a decent property but for the price point youre not getting what you should.

Loved this property, nice neighborhood, pretty sunrise, away from the hustle and bustle of Sedona but close enough for day trip to many cute towns, red rocks and Sedona.

It is secluded and quiet. The location only adds a few minutes of driving to get to town. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. My kiddos enjoyed exploring the large lot. As someone who grew up and is very familiar with this area I would highly recommend this property.

Summer Jeep Club Cross Country Trip

In looking for a place to stay in Cottonwood, it was imperative to find a location with parking for a full size truck pulling a 20 ft trailer towing a full size jeep. Once we arrived, the parking was more spacious than needed so we were thrilled. Upon entering the residence, it far exceeded our expectations! Everything was clean, neat, and appeared new! Home was fully equipped with EVERYTHING! Truly! The beds were so comfortable! Showers amazing! Huge TV’s! Host communicated effectively when we reached out with inquiries. We cannot say enough good things about this property! We will highly recommend this to everyone!
