This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps up to eight guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. The second bedroom houses two double beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium remains popular with beach lovers thanks to its huge private beach the area's largest and family-friendliest amenities. When you're not body surfing in the waves or speeding along on a waverunner, you can splash with the kids in the "Splash Zone" relax in the beachfront pool and hot tubs, grab a cool, tropical drink at the beachfront bar and grill and finish the day with an ice cream or pizza from the Corner Market!

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Panama Beach Stay

Beautiful beach and ocean view. Beach was not overly crowded, shopping and dining were all close by or within a reasonable distance. The condo, property and booking management were all above and beyond expectations. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice unit. Could use more cooking skillets and storage containers. The door disnt close all of the way on its own but didnt affect us any. Overall, we were very pleased.

This place is called Boardwalk Resort and they have a bar and grill as well as a store with hot food directly in the building. Parking is great and security is very tight which made our family and vehicle feel safe. Would stay here again! Location is on the end of the strip so very quiet and family friendly.

The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We took advantage of the pool, hot tubs, tiki bar and the amazing beach! The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It isn't the as updated as some other places I have stayed at, but could tell they were making improvements. We spent the majority of our time on the beach or on the amazing balcony. You can't beat the views!

We love PCB. This was our first time to stay at the Boardwalk… and our last.We got in pretty late so we were extra tired and ready to get in the bed. We pulled the comforters back and found what looked like pubic hairs in the middle of our bedsheets in TWO of the beds. We can tell the Top top sheet was clean, but the fitted sheet was not.The hallway bathroom closest to the kitchen had a terrible sewage smell every few hours.The security guards and the rules are unbelievable. You are watched like a hawk by the guards and corrected for every little thing. Don’t have your drink too close to the pool. You must always have your armband on your arm.. not your ankle or your pool bag. Kids cannot jump into the pool or have toys in the pool or floats in the pool. They are even strict about the type of bathing suit you wear at the pool.We have never had an experience like this at a condo. I fully understand there need to be rules to keep the property clean and safe, but this was beyond ridiculous!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was extremely disappointing. From light switches and door knobs to counters and appliances, there was filth and grime everywhere. The lamp shades and side tables had layers of dust that were almost comical by the end of our stay.The temperature inside was also an issue—at night the thermostat would reach 81 degrees (hotter in the master), which caused the unit to freeze up completely. With a newborn, this made things very uncomfortable.I did email management and they responded the next day offering to send someone to clean. However, my mother and I had already gone out and purchased cleaning supplies ourselves—we couldn’t wait that long. When you’re renting a vacation home, you shouldn’t have to worry about the cleanliness or whether the air conditioning will work properly.Additionally, the master bathroom cabinet door was broken.All of this aside, I do recommend the Boardwalk Beach Resort. Very nice staff, extremely clean common areas, wonderful pizza and coffees, clean pool and well maintained beach access.Overall, this was not the experience we expected or paid for though.

The resort was really nice. However, condo was a disappointment. It was in need of several repairs and upgrades. The facing on the cabinets were peeling off in the kitchen and bathrooms. The temperature never got above 76 degrees no matter what the thermostat was set on. The master bedroom stayed really hot throughout the day. The carpet strip between the bedroom and bathroom was exposed so when you crossed the threshold you stepped on nails. The kitchen counter was obstructing the faucet so you couldn't turn the water to hot, The hall bathroom had 2 doors, 1 in the main room and the other in the bedroom. The door handle was broken in the main room so the door had to stay locked to keep it closed and you had to go in/out of the bedroom to use the bathroom. The safe door was locked and couldn't be used. The unit didn't have enough pots & pans and didn't have any backing dishes. There were no hot pads to remove pans from the oven. I contacted the resort about the issues but the only person who showed up was the air conditioning guy. He stated the thermostat was set incorrectly but the change did not fix the problem. I would recommend the resort if the other condos were in better shape.

Only issue was the firm, uncomfortable mattresses. A good mattress topper would make all the difference.
