My partner and I stayed here for a weekend and it was amazing! We couldn’t believe how clean and well arranged the space was. It was cozy, charming, and really comfortable. Alexander the host was very communicative and we are so grateful we were able to experience his space and explore Rockport.
He's a great landlord. We stayed in Rockport during the Nor'easter, and the remote for the heater was not there. (Not his fault at all.) He drove up from Boston Sunday AM with two heaters, which made everything good. The place is not big, but it's clear from the description that it's not. It's fairly charming. The stairs (it's on the second floor) are tricky --not a problem for us, but I can imagine some people might find them challenging. All in all: great location in Rockport; my advice is just park on the street and use the meters; much easier.
