Sleeping accommodations are two private bedrooms with 1 king bed and 1 queen. The sofa in the living room has 1 queen size sleeper and 1 twin sleeper (comfortable sleeper sofa! No springs, no bars, no sagging).

Very nice unit, clean, well furnished, great beds. Process and communications very easy, The building itself is not one of the many more modern facilities with amenities but this is both fine with with our party and reflected in the relative price. Location, for skiers especially, is pretty ideal as its not far from mountain or village and right in the heart of the area with most bars and restaraunts.

Everything was just as we expected. We felt right at home. Great location, close to all the events we wanted to go to. The pool was lovely, nice and warm. The host was just a simple text away. it was nice staying somewhere close enough to everything, but avoiding the crowds of the holidays.

Location was great. We took the 108 shuttle to Stowe Resort each day. The townhouse configuration worked well for our family. Quiet community. We enjoyed the gas fireplace. A downside is that it was dirty/dusty. We stored our empty ski bags under the bed. It was disgusting.

Nice Place - Great Location

We stayed here for the solar eclipse weekend and it was the perfect spot. It was clean and comfortable and Theresa was accommodating and quick to respond to our questions. The location was fantastic. Right near Alchemist and a short drive to the downtown Stowe area. Would definitely recommend.

We Love Stowe

We've been coming to Stowe for over 30 years and this is one of the nicest properties we stayed in. The hosts clearly earn their 5-star rating with quick responses and a very simple check-in/check-out process. The property and pictures are as advertised.

Condo in excellent condition. Clean and everything working. Lots of hot water and warm. 10 min drive to Stowe, 45 min drive to Smuggler's notch. Highly recommend. Owner very responsive if needed. Hot Tub and pool wonderful.

The unit was fine. The bathrooms were adequate but the bathtubs had old tile and could use a freshening up.The kitchen needs a 4 slice toaster. There wasn't space in the kitchen to store dry goods. We were there for 6 weeks and had to use the counters for storage. The location was good - near the laundry and pools.

Theresa’s unit has been updated from the original Village Green style. New appliances, AC, carpet and furniture were very much appreciated. The unit was extremely clean. We have been staying at the Village Green for years and love it for its great location - so close to the rec path, restaurants, shops and Cady Hill.

The Village Green Townhouse was a very convenient, centrally located "find" in Stowe; near restaurants and the bike path (accessible without driving). The townhouse was extremely clean and well-maintained as well as the pool and recreational facilities. The management staff at the office were friendly and extremely helpful. Although it is not normally needed in Vermont, the unit does not have central air so it was very warm but the owners did provide fans which helped tremendously. There is air conditioning in the two bedrooms, which provided relief from unusually warm Vermont days (unfortunately the unit in the master bedroom was not very efficient). We enjoyed the stay and we would look to rent again. Thank you!!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. My only issue was the air conditioning had been turned off, but the weather was unseasonably hot so we had to have the windows open and fans onwhile we were there. Of note, all the bathrooms are upstairs which is slightly inconvenient. But I would recommend staying there.

We purchased this property because we love Stowe, VT. We are ski instructors at the mountain and love owning property in the area. We live in Plattsburgh NY and visit Stowe in the summer and winter.
