Discover your perfect island retreat at 1152 East Peachtree St! Nestled ideally between seclusion and centrality, this beautifully renovated duplex offers a prime location just a short 0.2-mile stroll to beach access at Myrtle St. Whether you're seeking a peaceful hideaway or an exciting coastal adventure, this property is the ideal setting.
1152 East Peachtree St. forms one half of a duplex that can be enjoyed independently or in conjunction with the other half for larger groups (refer to VRBO listing #3972481 for details on renting both units together).
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!
Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (5 persons). Spring Break groups and events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.
Linens (bath towels & bed sheets) as well as pool/beach towels provided

The primary bedroom suite is a haven of relaxation, complete with a king-sized bed, additional living and sleeping areas, and an expansive en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds, and a conveniently located hallway bathroom provides easy access.

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival receive a 100% refund
