This suite has brand new fireplace, cable TV and simple kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge. 1 queen bed and a queen size sofa bed. A spacious living room can be both a relaxing place to watch TV, or home office, or have a delicious meal with friends in the dining area. Backyard offers beautiful flowers in Spring and summer time, including roses, hibiscus, peony. Easy to bus stop or highway 1.

Friendly and welcoming. The location was wonderful for a split visit. We wanted to visit squamish and vancouver on this visit, and this worked out perfectly. We certainly would go back if we were ever in the area!

This is a large basement area with back door entrance. Location is excellent with walking distance to beautiful parks, hiking (Cypress Falls), restaurants and shops. Owner is there and you can hear everything in the house from footsteps to sneezes.

Lovely Stay!

Very nice suite in a quiet area, spacious and very clean. Great access to mountains north of Vancouver for outdoor activities. The host is lovely and very helpful!

A wonderful stay!

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood, very spacious and so comfortable and clean. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace with the cold winter weather. Our host was so lovely and greeted us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. We already look forward to our next stay!

This is a lovely property, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The host’s family lives upstairs and we were lucky to enjoy her son’s exceptional piano skills as we drank our coffee in the garden. Sherry provides all the necessary appliances and kitchen tools, salt and pepper, sugar and honey as well as bottled water and treats. The location is excellent, close to many restaurants, a huge shopping area and within easy access to Stanley Park, Granville Island and the waterfront. The neighbourhood is beautiful and quiet and Sherry goes out of her way to make your stay enjoyable.

This downstairs suite is situated on a pretty, quiet residential street, a 10 minute walk from the West Vancouver shops and restaurants. All the rooms are immaculately clean. The living room looks out on a lovely garden and the kitchen is well equipped. The queen bed is very comfortable, and the ensuite includes a spacious walk-in shower. The host, Sherry, lives on site, and is very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Sherry made me very welcome - it felt like a home away from home.

There was ample parking, kitchen was basic but when on holiday, who needs a full kitchen? There was no oven but there was a full size fridge, microwave, 2 burner stove top that you plugged in, a coffee maker & a washer/dryer.Everything was very clean & organized.I will return.

This location is conveniently close to the highest-rated independently owned coffee shops and bakeries in West Vancouver. As a gardener, I also appreciated the flowers and roses in the house I stayed in, as well as the beautiful neighbourhood with its blooming flowers and mature trees.

Our communication with the owner was excellent. She was very responsive. The unit is in a good location in West Vancouver with access to Vancouver and the Sea to Sky highway to Whistler.The unit was spacious with living room, bedroom and full kitchen. The shower was very large.The shares a nice patio and pretty yard.Covered parking for one vehicle
