About this property
Private Hill Country 1940s Bungalow
Come and enjoy a slice of the Texas Hill Country on a secluded 5 acres! Nestled between Wimberley, Dripping Springs, and Kyle, this unique and charming 1947 bungalow is only 35 minutes from Austin. Close to Vista Brewing, Wimberley Valley Winery, Duchman Family Winery and so much more. Perfect spot as a home base to explore the area. The home is fully stocked for comfort, cooking, and fun, as this is a weekend getaway for our family when we don't have guests.
The house has two private bedrooms with a queen and king bed respectively, plus a private area in the second living room with three twin beds. A surprising number of doors means that even though the house is small, the back of the house stays quiet and peaceful even when you're cooking or socializing in the front living room.
We have two young children and love to cook, so the house is particularly well equipped with equipment (pack and play, monitors, etc), books, and toys for the 1-8 range, games for adults, and everything you could want in a kitchen!
