Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m genuinely sorry that the resort construction affected your family’s vacation, especially while traveling with a young child. I understand how disappointing it must have been to have amenities you were looking forward to unavailable during your stay. We did our best to work with you once we became aware of your concerns and to provide the information available to us regarding the resort’s operations. While we may have had different perspectives regarding the circumstances and resolution, I’m sorry the situation left you feeling unsupported. We appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to make important resort updates and guest expectations as clear as possible for future guests.
