Great place

We had a wonderful time on this property. Lots of fun activities at the pool area. Bar location was convenient to pool placement. We loved the DJ by the pool. Rooms were spacious and clean. Felt like home.

The only downside is the wasted time after check-in when I got the time-share talk.... offering all these gifts if I come for the presentation the next day... only to tell me at the very end, since my wife wasn't with me, I wasn't eligible.Here's a thought. Find out if my wife is with me BEFORE wasting my time.

The check in process was easy and staff friendly. However, after checking in we were then sent to the concierge where we were pressured to attend an information session on timeshare, with a non attendance fee of 40. Non of which was disclosed on the listing or when booking the property. When we then in fact attended the information session we were told we didn’t meet the requirements and were sent back to the accomodation. This a waste our time and is was information that should have been checked prior to making us attend. The room was not overly clean, the carpets had not been vacuumed there was fluff all over them, the heating/cooling ducts were very dirty and the shower curtain in the main bathroom was torn. The location, resort staff were fantastic. The room had all the basic ammenities, but overall left feeling disappointed in the accommodation.
