The gated Crown Colony community is beautiful and charming, with great amenities available for you to have a truly carefree, tropical getaway in Southwest Florida, eight miles from the beach. This gorgeously planned and lushly landscaped community is a favorite among residents and visitors alike. You will have access to a pool and hot tub overlooking one of the beautiful lakes on the golf course. Also enjoy the workout facility and tennis courts during your getaway.

This 1600 sq. foot fully furnished condo is set beautifully overlooking the lake, and a par 3 hole on a gorgeous golf course. Enjoy this fabulous view on the fully screened lanai as you are relaxing with a cup or coffee or your cocktil!
The condo has two full bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office/den with a pullout queen size sofa and TV. One of the bedrooms has a large walk-in closet with a full master bathroom offering dual sinks, a walk-in shower and soaking tub.

Kitchen with full size appliances including fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher and microwave, pantry, all cookware, dinnerware and many kitchen tools and small appliances, including a blender, toaster oven, regular toaster and drip coffee maker; dining table with seating for four.

There is a two-car garage, one stall is being occupied, but you will have garage parking for one car!

Also included is Wi-Fi, and community provided cable.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes is allowed anywhere on the property; this includes the condo

Association allows renters at a 30 day minimum and requires a background check and approval prior to your stay.
