Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a full bath with a tub and washer/dryer. There is a propane gas grill available for use. Additionally there is a launch for the kayaks a block away from the property. The beach is located just a few blocks away. You can drive or choose to walk. We offer a beach cart for your convenience to help transport your beach equipment. The lagoon is less than two blocks away. You can fish off the dock or launch canoes Grab your morning cup of Joe and açaí bowls from Finn’s. Walk to Schooners for dinner and drinks. Grab some local seafood from the seafood market less than five minutes down the road on Thomas Drive. Located near St Andrews State Park and other area attractions such as jet ski / pontoon boat rentals. Stop at deckhands where the kids can swim while you grab some dinner or captain Anderson’s for an upscale dining experience. Shell island is close and a quick ferry/charter boat ride away. Looking to explore where the locals hang out? Check out historic Bay Saint Andrews, about 20 minute by car, and watch the sunset over the bay at Uncle Ernie’s. Shipwreck water park, mini golf, go-cart tracks, amusement parks and Ripley's believe it or not less than 5 minutes away by car.
